I had an online urgent care visit with Julie Baur on October 7 for peeling and itchy skin. Over the…read morenext three days, she prescribed three different ointments, none of which were filled because my insurance required prior authorization. Instead of completing the insurance approval form, she kept sending new prescriptions that also required approval. To make the process easier, I contacted my insurance myself. Their agent completed the request form and provided me with the submission link and key code, instructing that the provider mark it as urgent so it could be processed within 48-72 hours rather than five days. I passed all of this information along, but Julie replied that she would forward it to my PCP instead of completing the process herself. Since then, I've heard nothing, received no medication, and my symptoms persist. To make matters worse, she removed herself from my care team, so I can no longer message her. She later even accidentally sent me a message meant for another patient, advising me to take melatonin for insomnia -- which I don't have. I sought urgent care hoping for immediate help, but instead I've been left waiting, uncomfortable, and frustrated. This experience has been disappointing, disorganized, and far from "urgent."

Said we would need to wait to see Neurologist (another 3 wks out) and that was the end of the visit. Did not look at Test results (MRI/EEG/Labs). And then we get a call from the pharmacy that she prescribed a very strong seizure medication that LITERALLY has more than 20 COMMON SIDE EFFECTS that were exremely concerning without having any conversation at all with us about this medication. She should have her license revoked or at the very least suspended!!!!!!

I realized she is given 10 minutes for the appointment, and the last five minutes she was always standing at the door with her hand on the doorknob. So, although I stand by my statement that she comes across as friendly, the limitation placed on her to HURRY UP and make me schedule yet another appointment (Sutter gets paid PER appointment) made me realize this whole repeated exercise was silly, and that none of my health concerns were being addressed. I am sad and very disappointed. Health care doesn't involve any care anymore.

You need to select the location when there are more than 24 of them. Totally nerve racking. BAD system. Talked with 3 agents and they didn't know how can I retrieve my medical records; but also imaging has to be requested at each office AND write the name of the provider; Med records office close at 5PM so you can't speak after that I have tried this system for one hr. At the end they asked to Upload your ID, so WHY you have a robot system when you see humans? Hire more people to do this

Both the NP and PA were very nice, friendly and attentive I just knew I ultimately wanted Dr. Dhanda. The wait was worth it, she is so nice, actually listens to my concerns and is easy to work with.
