The outside of my house had not been cleaned for many years. There were numerous places that were covered in algae and dirt. I was doubtful they could really get it clean. I can't say enough about the care, time and diligence Brady and his partner put into the job. In places, the stucco actually looks as if it had just been applied! If in doubt, ask Brady to see the pictures he took! Everything about this company, from making the appointment, the professionalism, the cost, the excellent work/attention to detail is outstanding.

I also inquired about power-washing my house, since the paint seemed to have lost its luster over the years. Brady informed me that they could easily accommodate that as well. His team arrived early morning, just a couple days later, as scheduled. "Mo" and "Joe", were 2 really terrific guys, and I must say they take their work seriously, and were very diligent, first power washing all sides of the house, including the adjacent fascia on both first and second stories. (They also removed the numerous spider webs that accumulated over the fascia). Also to my surprise (and great delight), they also power-washed all of the flagstone of my driveway, walkway, front porch, and entire back yard. There were a few "hard to reach" weather damaged areas that needed cleaning, and these 2 guys bent over backwards to treat those as well! With regard to the window washing, the 3 guys (including Brady), did a fantastic job cleaning both the inside and outside, as well as all windows screens. These guys are super polite and attentive so as not to disturb us while we worked. This is a really terrific operation for window cleaning, as well as power washing your homes, should you need that as well. And quite honestly, now when I look out my windows, I have a very clear view! And almost best of all, my house really looks like it was freshly painted. Brady is a considerate and professional business owner. Very easy to work with, and charges a very reasonable price! As the rainy and cold season is upon us, we thought we'd give the fireplace a spin but know we desperately needed a clean. Ron was quick to respond, on time, extremely friendly and did a fantastic job! What more can you ask for? Since we rent, and fireplaces in LA are not super essential and usually more of a nice treat from time to time, it just slipped my mind. Flash forward to the year that we all are in a hurry to forget and I was browsing Yelp again thinking it would be nice to finally get the fireplace checked out. I came across his message and thought, why not? Let's just do it. Ron got back to me just as fast as the first time and was very easy to communicate with via Yelp. He arrived on time a week or so later, was super friendly, professional, and answered questions without any hesitation. After his inspection we now know it's safe to use our fireplace (the house was built in 1927 so we wanted to be sure it was all good!) Additionally, they did something I wasn't expecting...they thoroughly washed the screens that were in my windows, meticulously taking each individual screen out and power washing each screen in addition to making sure the window was spotless, taking care of washing windows that were on the second or third level. I've had Big City Window cleaners clean my home rain gutters for several years. They have always…read moredone a marvelous job without issue. Today (2/13/2026) was no exception. Joe texted me this morning to ask if I needed my gutters cleaned prior to the impending rain storm forecast to occur in a few days. My need to clean my gutters had totally slipped my mind, so based on his inquiry I checked the gutters from street level and immediately noticed that they needed to be cleaned promptly. Joe had advised me in his text that the workers would be in my area the next day so I texted him back in the afternoon to schedule an appointment. He called me back promptly and stated the his guys were working in my area today as well and could respond within 20 minutes if that was convenient for me. I responded in the affirmative. Alex and Hector arrived within the allotted time firm. They met me at the front door of my residence at which time Alex introduced himself and Hector and advised me that they would go onto the roof and inspect the gutters. He also advised that he would take before and after pictures and show me the results upon completion. They went right to work and not only cleaned the gutters but also removed all of the residual residue which had accumulated on the roof adjacent to the gutters, so that the debris would not roll into the gutters when the rain comes. And, as promised, he did show me the before pictures (gutters filled with leaves and associated debris) and the after pictures showing them completely cleaned. They also flushed the gutters and drains to ensure there was complete water flow to the bottom toward the street. He also advised that he would have all the pictures downloaded in the office and send to me afterward. And if that was already enough he explained to me that one portion of the gutter on the south side had an indentation which might affect the water flow and suggested that I may want to have that repaired or replaced. Thank goodness Joe text to remind me of the impending rain which jogged my memory to check. And for his prompt return to set up an appointment as soon as possible. And of course thanks to Alex and Hector for arriving promptly, expertly explaining their plan and executing it to a tee. They were both very professional, accommodating and diligent in their work. And completed the work in a timely no nonsense fashion. I have used them before and obviously will use them again. So if you need gutters and/or windows cleaned don't hesitate to support and throw your business their way. You won't be disappointed.
