While it follows the form of apertivo, primi, segundi, dolci, this is not traditional Italian cuisine but what I've seen termed as "Italian contemporary cuisine." That means world class, innovative food. And we loved it. Simone Ferrigno, the manager, greeted us when we arrived and seated us at an elegantly laid out table. We chatted with the German couple at the next table who had ordered the vegan tasting menu and they were in heaven. Alas I cannot for the life of me find the receipt with the names of the dishes we ordered. If I find it, I'll update my review. After we had paid our bill (thank goodness the dollar is up relative to the Euro) and we started walking away, Simone ran after us to ask how our experience was and to thank us for our patronage.
