The food was tasty but cold and we were all served at different times, which defeated the object of dining out with friends. Sadly, we left mid-meal when we saw a disturbingly large termite crawling along the wall. When this was brought to the attention of the manager, he offered to seat us elsewhere with a complimentary meal. We declined and left without paying.

We tried the fatera, (the spinach flavour paired with the pickle was delightful) the traditional kibbeh, (I could eat these every day) and both lamb and chicken shawarma (we shared half each and could not pick between the two, both were cooked beautifully)... before taking chai karak tea and some baklava home with us.
