I've included three photos of the affected plant, along with one photo of a different hydrangea purchased elsewhere that shows what normal heat or transport stress actually looks like. The difference is obvious. What was most disappointing was not simply receiving a diseased plant, but the owner's unwillingness to take the concern seriously or offer a reasonable solution. Little did he know, my husband previously owned and operated a landscaping business, so we are not inexperienced with plant health or landscaping.
