From the beginning, Victoria was highly responsive, answered all my questions and even set up a call to walk through shoot day so we were prepared. She has a detailed preparation guide on her website which was extremely helpful as a new parent. The photo shoot took place at her in-home studio and it was a very comfortable, relaxing environment with everything you need for a newborn photo shoot. She has an abundance of props and the cutest outfits and accessories to choose from for each photo. Unfortunately, my baby wasn't happy this day, but despite the chaos Victoria was so kind and understanding and she worked her magic (and patience) to capture some amazing photos of our little one in between all the fussiness. We decided it would be time and money better spent to just redo the shoot with another photographer and call it a loss. I'm beyond angry.
