When I tried to catch back up, the people I spoke with were polite and respectful, and I appreciate that. That said, I completely lost trust after what happened next. The company told me the bait stations had been removed because of nonpayment and that I'd have to pay the entire year upfront plus a $200-$300 "installation" fee to have them replaced. But after that conversation, I personally found around 18 bait stations still in the ground--untouched. They clearly hadn't been removed. That made me question whether they'd ever installed their own stations at all, or if they'd simply been using another company's equipment and never bothered to replace or maintain them. It honestly felt like they were charging for work that wasn't being done. Luckily for me, I can still check the bait stations myself, which is how I discovered the truth. After that, I started researching termite bait systems more deeply--and I'm actually glad things ended the way they did. From everything I've learned, bait stations seem like a slow, expensive, and unreliable system that mostly benefits the pest control company through recurring fees. Many experts and even people in the pest industry admit these stations don't attract termites, take months (or longer) to work, and often fail to eliminate colonies entirely. Bottom line: I'll take responsibility for missing payments, and I'll even say the employees were courteous--but when I'm told something that's verifiably false, the trust is gone. After doing my research, I now see it might have been a blessing in disguise not to keep paying for a system that appears designed more for profit than for true protection.

I have gotten several things done at this jeweler and they have never once treated my requests as simple or "petty" regardless of the fact that I have never bought any of the VERY SERIOUSLY AMAZING JEWELS! What I have done there is get things repaired numerous times over. One time, I went in with a WHOLE SEVERAL PAGE DOCUMENT of instructions because I had so many different pieces of jewelry (none truly super valuable- sterling silver stuff), and they treated each thing with 100% care and professionalism. The huge job that I brought in consisted of a few rings which I wanted quotes on for resizing, a pendant chain that needed a new clasp, a fun vintage sterling silver jingle ball ring which lost a ball, 3 DIFFERENT CHARM BRACELETS WHICH EACH HAD IT'S OWN LIST OF SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS... two of the bracelets were to be LOADED DOWN with dozens and dozens of vintage sterling silver charms, and the third had 3 but they made it look SO MUCH MORE SPECIAL THAN EXPECTED because I gave them creative rights to do with the charms what they thought would be best and WOW! They perfectly polished ONLY the charms that I wanted polished, etc. I'm telling you, my order was A SUPER BIG HANDFUL AND SUPER SPECIFIC AND MY NEW FRIEND (I can't remember her name- you know who you are- you're the BEST!) she typed up ALL OF MY INSTRUCTIONS PERFECTLY AND ALL OF THIS OTHER STUFF because that was procedure... so, all I can say is DO NOT HESITATE TO SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AND GO IN AND ENJOY YOURSELF AND LOOK AROUND AT THEIR SHOP BECAUSE THEY HAVE A LOT OF AMAZING STUFF- not just SUPER BLINGING DESIGNER JEWELRY, but ALSO AMAZING THINGS WHICH ARE AFFORDABLE FOR GIFTS, SPECIAL EVENTS, ETC!! He also gave me good information about cleaning frequency and he checked my ducts to make sure they were clean. He was on time and got the job done fairly quickly. The cleaning fluid had a nice lemon scent when the air conditioner came on so it wasn't overpowering. I've also scheduled another appointment and they were very helpful. Bobby came out and got straight to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue. He fully explained the issue, the cause of the issue, and how to prevent it in the future. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure all of my system was back up and in good shape. He even looked my system up then informed me of it still being under manufacture parts warranty - which I had no idea about! Bobby was super helpful, and my pets loved him! I loved how I felt prioritized by this company from the very start, and I didn't have to do anything besides make that initial phone call. I'm super grateful for everything.
