If you aren't familiar they have just about everything for the interior of your home. Art, kitchen ware, bedding, bathroom, drinkware, vacuums, shelves ... a little bit of everything. Most of them are laid out pretty identical so that each one has a familiar feel when you go in. This location really didn't have that going for it. Also, compared to other locations, it just didn't feel like it had the same selection that you would typically find at a Bed Bath & Beyond. Being the only one in this area, it isn't bad, I just wouldn't say that it's as good or better than the Birmingham locations. Wouldn't prevent me from going here in the future if we are in the area needing something they have.

The aisles are close together and full of stuff. This seems to be true at all locations that I have been to. This location stands out because of the customer service I have recieved on multiple locations. First when looking to replace my cookwhere, the employees informed me of the warranty and no hassle return policy. That saved me money. Secondly, when I did return with my cookware: It had been discontinued for several years, the assisstant Gidget spend a lot of time with me looking for a replacement. While we weren't able to get the exact replacement, she was able to find one pretty close. It was at the Birmingham location. She contacted that store and had them ship the item to my home free of charge. While I was waiting on some employees to find or locate and item for me, I was standing by the front check out for 10 mintues or so. I witness the most excellent customer service. A line began to form and the one cashier called for back up. Three others came and opened lines to check all the people out. I noticed how swift they were to response with politness and extreme courteousness. All customer interactions that I witnessed were excellent. The team at the location know how to meet their customer's need in a great way. It will be a pleasure shopping here in the future. Thank you Team Oxford!

Well apparently, that was a mistake. Pulled up to the designated curbside lot as usual, but when we tried to check-in las usual on our app, we get an error message that the service isn't available. The sign says to text - so we did. We wait another 10 and start to doubt it did anything. Okay... so then we call. Line rings on and on even after multiple attempts of dialing different extensions. After all this time wasted we figure, urgh guess it's better than wasting more possible time. All that "curbside" service for essentially doing the work ourselves. Here's the verdict: the app wasn't working because the online system is down, okay. But the phone lines? Is that coincidentally down as well? To top it off, the employee's attitude about this? No apologies at all. I realize the system malfunction may not be your fault maybe someone else can kindly teach you a street smart lesson (for your own good) but I wasn't gonna waste another minute. In short, if you can, pick another location for curbside and/or if you're looking for the literal "More doing" part of Home Depot... this place is so true to that in other ways intended.

This was my first visit and I was definitely impressed with the large selection of home decor both inside and out. Really unique pieces of furniture, art, rugs and appliances. The prices were in line with some of the other large decor warehouses, but also cheaper than the more high end designer warehouses or stores. Same quality but maybe a little dusty.
