After the procedure, if I had not had help, I would have had the impossible task of taking care of myself. They expect you to be able to take off work or deal with intense pain with no pain medicine. Our healthcare system has been ruined. If you have a procedure here, do not be under the assumption they care about your pain. The doctor had to stick me multiple times(over 6 shots in each toe) with lidocaine to numb my toes. On the bright side, most of the staff was amazing and kind. Also, they got me a quick appointment and got me back to a room very quickly.

The wait time was not bad at all and the staff was pleasant. The doctor was kind of fast with her assessment. Her prognosis was not really what we were looking for so I will probably take my son for a second opinion, but she was friendly. I'm not sure on the likelihood of me coming back here, but it could be a helpful clinic for others.

My doctor's have been SO wonderful. My general physician is here, my OBGYN, and my previous pediatrician. My OBGYN has done an incredible job of listening to all of my concerns and has taken my pregnancy very seriously. My last delivery at another place was a disaster, so I was worried about going here thinking I may have another bad experience at another hospital. But so far, I'm super impressed. I also appreciate that they are open to the ideas of doulas and midwives. Everyone I have encountered has treated me with so much respect and kindness. They are also great at answering calls, as I have NEVER had an issue with them, and I've been to many doctors. The doctor is never a fun place to go, but the people are very friendly so it at least makes the visits enjoyable.

I had surgery on July 30th by Dr. Santoro and I still have not received proper post op care a month later. I went to my 2 week post op appointment where I waited for nearly 2 hours just to be seen by the NP, Haley Miller, which I understand the Doctor gets pulled into a delivery etc but the lack of care from her staff was astounding. Miller asked how I felt after surgery. I stated fine snd she said "well everything looked good according to Dr. Santoro" No post op physical exam was done, my incisions were not looked at, my images were not reviewed and no additional follow up appointment was offered. I had to ask if I was cleared to resume to normal life activities after surgery and they looked at me like I was crazy. Additionally, miller proceeded to document that my behavior was not conducive for a physical exam even though I was never offered one. I am still trying to get an appointment for my surgical images to be reviewed. Meanwhile, my post op care was billed under global health plan for my surgery meaning insurance has already paid for post op care even though I have not received care that would meet insurance requirements. I brought this to the offices attention and they didn't care.

All the staff, from valet, patient transport, check in and docs.... All kind, compassionate. I feel like they each care about the patient needs and outcomes. I also found the space to be very calming. Which was super helpful. The bright light streaming in. The facility was also very clean!! Which I find to be indicative of quality of care.

Dr. Hobdy did such a great job on my dad's bunionectomy I knew she was the only one I wanted to help me. one week after seeing her I was completely healed. she has a big needle, but she is professional, friendly, and does an excellent job.
