The medical professional may be okay however, that front desk is not helpful in the least. I paid for my visit; you have to pay before going to the back to the doctor. I was told by the young lady in Spanish Fort, who made my appointment that the intake phone call is 30 minutes but there is no charge for that only for the following office visit. Well, that was a bold face lie. Their billing company was sending me a bill for $70 dollars. When I asked what the bill was for, they told me service. I told them I paid at their office, and I was told the Intake call was no charge. I had to take time to go back to the office on the East side of Montgomery, I am downtown, and special with the girl at the window who was acting as if she did not understand my concern until I told her I would call Optimum and get proof that I paid the for the office visit. The I gave the date and time of my phone call and where the young lady said she was located. The Office Manager Nicole sent a message to me by the girl at the desk that she would list to the recording and get back to me. I said great, and I made sure they had the date and the estimated time of the conversation. I has been over a month, and I have not heard anything! Went to the office on my lunch break today around 12:10 and another client and I was knocking on a locked door. No sign at all saying they were out to lunch. I call at 3pm and I was sent to Nicoles line and of course I got her voicemail. And I am also getting nasty emails from their billing department. Find some other place for your mental health concerns. This place will make them even worst. read more

I've been on the same medication for years. Now my doctor hasn't wrote my anxiety medication...Worse weekend imaginable,worse Father's Day Ever. Power blew up at my home,So I'm in a motel,with 3 dogs,& about to have a dam stroke. Plz have another doctor or NP,that can write the only thing that helps...She's done NOTHING but take my medicine away. Please please please have a patient advocate call me. Or doctor. I've had the worst anxiety attacks. My heartbeat is 3 times the normal. God I've never had the problems like this! read more

Do not use this company. Customer service is horrendous. First experience, they did not send the link for video meeting within the allotted. I called several times and finally got someone only to be told the next available appointment would be scheduled two weeks later! Today, was able to connect only to be told the person they assigned to complete the first portion of the evaluations was not qualified to do so!!! She stated someone should call within three weeks! Do yourself a favor and find a reputable professional who cares about good customer service and people with mental health concerns. Alabama psychiatry is not it. read more

They do not return calls. I thought I'd contact them through the patient portal - nope. The email address that they email me at isn't recognized by the portal generating the messages. If you think you might ever need to get ahold of someone - out of medication, need to get on the therapist's schedule - go somewhere else. Alabama Psychiatry Montgomery won't let you fall through the cracks - they will actively stuff you into them. read more
