After spending nearly $30k with this company, all was wonderful during the purchase-- with Desmond being a stand out, but afterward communication dropped, an order was misplaced and fulfilled two months after promised install, and our home, MOST upsetting, was treated disrespectfully. No protection of our hardwood floors, rugs, and patio. Dirt and dust were tracked through our home, nails, pieces of metal, screws and old caulk were left on our back deck, dropping down to our lower patio for us to sweep up. Tools were dropped onto our living room floor and boots in/out of the front door left open during above average 90 degree temps. After having a discussion with the Project Manager, Taylor, he was extremely defensive and patronizing. Completely unprofessional! I've never encountered a team of installers before who had no regard for a home! I would not in good conscience recommend this company and the Supervisory staff leaves a lot to be desired. Completely unprofessional. Buyer Beware! Note: another Supervisor did bring a Swiffer over, but this was NOT offered, I asked for this! This was done begrudgingly.

They can not locate the last item (a door) and do not seem to be worried about finding or reordering it. I can say since working with Clint and a Champion subcontractor crew lead by Alex has made my experience tolerable through great customer service, relations, and comic relief. With saying that, I would not and can not recommend Champion for any type of work. See order notes for the cluster I've been through. Order Notes Order Date: 5/3/2021 - Order 11 Windows with Grids 3 Doors 2 Storm Doors 1st Install Date: 10/5/2021 - Windows Arrive 1. Only 3 of the 11 are the right size. 2. 3 Windows Installed 3. One screen has a cut/hole in it. 4. No doors or storm doors were delivered or installed. 2nd Install Date: 11/4/2021 - Remeasured Windows Arrive 1. Windows were ordered without grids. 2. Had to reorder windows with grids but went ahead in installed the ones without grids. (My choice while I waited once more for the correct windows to be reordered and arrive.) 3. Installers left inside windows trim unfinished on four windows. 4. Another screen has hole/cut in it. 5. Some of the Windows have bent in vinyl pieces. 6. Still no doors nor storm doors were delivered or installed. 3rd Install Date: 12/29/2021 - Remeasured Windows With Grids Arrive 1. Windows finally fit and have grids. (Still missing one.) 2. Grids do not match the grids in the old windows like I was told would. **Mr. Cooper approved to replace remaining old windows instead of ordering a fourth set of the windows I ordered. 3. Ripped screens were replaced. 4. The indoor trim that was left unfinished has been finished on all but one window. 5. Two doors and one storm door were installed. 6. Hardware for the storm door is the wrong color. 7. One out of the two storm doors was the wrong sizes and needs to be reordered. 8. The last remaining door is still missing and cannot be located. 4th Install Date: 1/17/2022 1. Installation of final window from original order. 2. Indoor trim that left unfinished on that last window. 3. Storm door hardware still the wrong color. 4. Last storm door still on order. 5. The last remaining door is still missing and cannot be located. 5th Install Date: 2/1/2022 1. Indoor trim and storm door hardware have been fixed. 2. COC signed for Windows - Window Job complete. 3.
