This same company also previously quoted me $300 to replace the water inlet valve of my washing machine (with parts I already had in my possession). Thankfully I called around and found somebody else to do it for $75. Long story short: The folks at Long Time Plumbing are nice enough, but they will charge you a premium price for basic work. Do yourself a favor and call around to get multiple estimates before going with Long Time. Your wallet may thank you.

I called the next day and their phone system used an automated AI response initially, but I was then rerouted and able to speak with a service person. They dispatched a technician, diagnosed my issues, sent quote estimates to my email, followed up with a confirmed booking, and came out within the next day with the proper part to service my broken system. Before the serviceman arrived, I received text updates with pictures of who to expect and with their estimated time of arrival. The communication, timeliness and efficient service provided by Dunn was exceptional. They charge a standard assessment fee which is factored into the overall cost of service.
