I booked a bounce house for my son's 5th birthday. We paid extra for a bounce house that had a…read moreslide. The lady on the phone was very professional and nice and their process of signing the contract was easy. However, there was little follow up or details regarding pick up and drop off. The guy showed up an hour early to set it up and luckily I was down the street and able to meet him. He never mentioned anything to me about anything on the bounce house being broken. After a few hours into the part I noticed the kids running around with white foam pieces. I asked where they got it from. Well it turns out the bottom of the slide was broken and missing pieces so the company thought it was a good idea to put foam pieces on top of each other at the bottom of the slide and put nothing over it. Not only is it unprofessional to provide a product that's broken and not even mention a word about it, but it's also a liability! See the pictures attached. When I called during the party to find out if a piece was missing their response was "we always rent it out that way it was that way when we got it." We did get a refund and the lady was again very nice on the phone but I'm blown away that this is the product that is sold to customer. Finally the party ended at 3. When 3 came around no one showed up to pick up the bounce house so we called the guy back who delivered it. He told us someone would be there at 5 to pick it up not before then. Again I was a bit taken back because the lady on the phone was very nice and professional. But unfortunately I would not recommend.

After using this company in the past with great results my last experience with them was horrible…read more I ordered tables and chairs two weeks in advance for a party and confirmed my order a week before. The day before my party I called because I wanted to know time of delivery. I was advised that because my order was under $150 they would not deliver and i had to go to their office to pick up. On their website under their policies it clearly says there is a minimum rental of $100 for delivery which I met. The person I was speaking with advised me that he was going to see what he could do to get the items delivered that day (Friday) because "he did not want to work on Saturday" and "wanted to stay home and watch TV". He never called me back and I had to scramble to find another company that could accommodate me. Not sure if this is a new owner or if they are going out of business or something but I would avoid using them. Would give them zero stars if this form let me.
