I booked a bounce house for my son's 5th birthday. We paid extra for a bounce house that had a slide. The lady on the phone was very professional and nice and their process of signing the contract was easy. However, there was little follow up or details regarding pick up and drop off. The guy showed up an hour early to set it up and luckily I was down the street and able to meet him. He never mentioned anything to me about anything on the bounce house being broken. After a few hours into the part I noticed the kids running around with white foam pieces. I asked where they got it from. Well it turns out the bottom of the slide was broken and missing pieces so the company thought it was a good idea to put foam pieces on top of each other at the bottom of the slide and put nothing over it. Not only is it unprofessional to provide a product that's broken and not even mention a word about it, but it's also a liability! See the pictures attached. When I called during the party to find out if a piece was missing their response was "we always rent it out that way it was that way when we got it." We did get a refund and the lady was again very nice on the phone but I'm blown away that this is the product that is sold to customer. Finally the party ended at 3. When 3 came around no one showed up to pick up the bounce house so we called the guy back who delivered it. He told us someone would be there at 5 to pick it up not before then. Again I was a bit taken back because the lady on the phone was very nice and professional. But unfortunately I would not recommend. read more

I think they purposely chose this name to be at the top of any vendor list possible. My friends and I have used them twice now for two different parties in the past 4 years and each experience has been memorable and not in the best way. The first party we prepaid and they were up and then they were gone without a word. Great. You came. But hey. We're a customer and a "hello, we're 123 party rentals. We're set up and we're ready for you." Goes a long way. This time, we had to call to confirm. They had broken down and told us they would be an hour late. Call them an hour later and then they said they'll be another hour. So total two hours late. They agreed to still stay until 6 for the agreed upon 4 hours. An hour until the end a soda ended up spilling in the bounce house making it wet sticky and unusable. The attendant has been inattentive the entire time and pointless. The person I called stated the attendant is only there to make sure the bounce house doesn't go down. Not talk to the kids. Well. Telling an adult. Hey, they can't have a soda in there could have solved the entire issue. I get it. They should be watched. But even some of us don't think about a soda being spilled could cause a problem. This is their industry. One. The bounce house went down on several occasions because there were too many kids in there. We don't know the capacity of that thing. Two. A soda spill could have easily been prevented and nothing was available to even clean it. As per the persons I called answering the phones. None of that is their fault. They're there for the 4 hours. I had a bad experience with 123 party rental, they put the wrong date and ended up being 2 hours late to the party the deal was for 4 hours but we only had it for 3. $100 was discounted but the bounce house was unclean as well as the snow cone machine. I wish I had a better experience. read more

Great experience with 123 Party rentals . The bounce house arrived 20 to 30 minutes ahead of schedule to set up . The personnel who set up the bounce house was super friendly . I was given an upgraded bounce house at no additional charge due to an issue with the 40 ft one that was originally ordered . The attendant was super sweet and professional. Really wish I can give a good review, unfortunately I can't. I used 123 party rentals for my daughters 1st birthday party, my contract was from 2-6pm with a baby shark banner on the bounce house. I called the office the day of to find out what time they would arrive, I was told the ETA was 1-1:30 for set up. I called back around 1:45-1:50 to see where they were, the driver was in the wrong park. He didn't arrive & get the bounce house set up until around 2:45 at this time I had a group of kids waiting and asking me about the bounce house. When the bounce house was finally set up, I asked about the banner and the driver had no idea about my banner he called the office back and said he would review the contract. It was a lot of back and forth, finally we came to an agreement that we would get a $30 discount, and the woman in the office says she had "no control" over her drivers, very unprofessional. I am not pleased with their business and I will not use this company again. read more

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Everything was ok until the individual who came to pick up the bounce house was worry about only whom he was on the phone with, while he was deflating the bounce house with his phone still on his hand, he forgot to realize there was still a child in the bounce house. When confronted about the situation by the child's mother he made it seem like it wasn't his problem at all. I later came to confront him too not as a enemy but the way he treated a guess at my party was uncalled for. Any other person will take manners into their own hands if their child was in danger. After I took photos of the man loading up his equipment and his license plate, come to find out this gentleman is the owner of the company. He later apologized by saying he didn't mean to do anything bad (even though it wasn't him doing anything bad but not paying attention to his job and only worrying about his phone) I believe he just didn't want a bad review. I will never ask for a job by this company ever again and I suggest no one else should if you want your child safety to be first priority. read more
