Mike (the owner) arrived on time and was extremely professional and willing to educate us as well as put our minds at ease about our concerns. He came for one issue and showed us another crack he saw upon walking to our door. Thankfully, neither were of the complexity that they needed to be repaired but his honesty only confirmed I made the right choice in calling them. When there are so many people out there looking to take advantage and/or make a quick buck, it is refreshing and renews my hope in humanity to meet people like Mike that represent superb companies like Ram Jack. Should anything happen in the future, they will be my first and only choice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I don't think I have ever taken the time to go online to give anyone a positive review. However, I…read morewant everyone to know about Ram Jack because when it comes to the foundation of your house, you want trustworthy, and you want the best. We have lived in our house (has a crawl space) for over 20 years, and between old leaking pipes and additions settling at different rates, I have dealt with several foundation companies over the years. Two years ago I had an obvious area of the house that needed additional support, and one questionable area. I contacted a reputable company I had used in the past to install a vapor barrier and they told me both areas NEEDED work that would cost over 15K. I decided to get a second opinion and called Ram Jack. They told me I only needed work in that one area which would cost 3K. I went with Ram Jack (who solved that issue) and crossed my fingers not knowing if they were correct about the other area. Now, as we are getting ready to remodel the questionable area, I wanted to make sure the different rates of settling weren't going to be an issue. I contacted a structural engineer and they confirmed (based on previous measurements) that Ram Jack had done what needed to be done two years ago, but if I had concerns I should ask Ram Jack for updated measurements. Today Ram Jack came back out and after several hours of assessing the house, Mike told me no work was needed and the measurements had not changed. He assured me the house was structurally sound. I told him he could have easily told me I needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix an issue and I would have believed him. He then told me that telling people they need work done when they don't is not the way their company operates. He went on to say the owners are really great people who put honesty first. Thank you Ram Jack! I am grateful to find a business that has such a high level of integrity AND does quality work.

Glenn Hollis of FOUNDATION PROFESSIONALS OF FLORIDA, drove 3hrs for our appointment. Our home's…read more30foot long E wall had a lot of visible block-mortar lines and 'shadows - like looking at a map on the wall of the block shapes and mortar lines and paths- but NOT ONE CRACK. This knowledgeable and kind pro (w a solid engineering background) explained this was not a stairstep cracking situation (again, NO CRACKS). But rather the well-worn dull flat paint film was revealing what was underneath. Differing expansion and contraction rates of the three 'actors in the play' {blocks, stucco and mortar} was causing what we saw... resulting in it all being so visible (the mortar paths and block shapes). But AGAIN.. NO cracks. The solution? A properly applied high quality elastomeric paint would protect this E wall and essentially serve to bind it all together, on top of it all. We had bought the house in 2020 and it had been freshly painted but w a rather thin contractor-grade latex.. which hid these otherwise visible patterns (nothing dishonest on part of the sellers.. they just painted the house is all). Wow! Nobody out for our hard-earned $$ here,, no siree! [Another company, Stable Foundations (Ft White FL), had also been out and was recommending 6 helical piers to amount of some $11 to $13 thousand dollars. One relevant factor here (in their defense) in this glaring difference of recommendations is, I believe, experience and knowledge. But there IS the solid fact of zero cracks; just visible mortar and block patterns due to the faded thin paint film in need of updating]. Well which one would YOU trust and put your confidence in for having your best interests in 1st place? I know my wife and I place our trust and confidence in FOUNDATION PROFESSIONALS OF FLORIDA and we are very grateful to their well-qualified representative Mr. Glenn Hollis, for his honesty and integrity, and taking the time to educate us so we are able to understand what we are seeing Thank you FPofFL, and Glenn Hollis
