We Were lucky enough get these folks to lay a new track and screen our porch , They did a great job at a fair price, and went the extra mile to repair 2 screen doors on the porch , we are elders and on a fixed income but I can say these folks we professional and stuck to the estimate costs, cleaned up afterwards . Avoid them like the plague. I called on a Wednesday for an estimate, they said would be there on Thursday. On Friday Kevin showed up announced, texting me as he arrived. He was very pleasant, I asked if needed anything, he said he was fine and I would have an estimate by the end of the day. When I had received nothing the following Tuesday I texted him. The estimator/owner was nice and helpful, but the crew were not friendly at all. They wore ear buds the whole time and ignored me. The solution to my pool cage problem they recommended was the cheapest, but not the best, now i need someone to offer a better solution. Initially impressed with which I was contacted about redoing our screened porch. Came out, got the estimate, set up a tentative work start date. That date came and went. For the next six weeks we followed up with phone calls, was told they would be here the following week, only to no show. I own a small business in town, also. Screen Doctors does patio screen installation and repair. They are professional, reasonably priced, and they do the work on time. Kevin, the owner, is always available by phone or text. I had my porch re-screened, and Screen Doctors installed aluminum framing and screen. The finished product looks perfect, and they even came back to fix a very minor issue at my request.
