Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere. I really wanted to like Jenny and Zen Clean Solutions, but they missed the mark by a long shot!

Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

We got our apartment deep cleaned this past week and it turned out amazing! Setting up the cleaning…read morewas very easy and she was very professional. She cleaned behind the fridge stove and couch. Cleaned all of the surfaces and even took everything out of our shelving in our office to clean it. She dusted all of our vents, cleaned the bathrooms and under the beds. She also cleaned stains out of our rug in the living room and we paid $350 for everything. I think her price was fair and she cleaned extremely fast. We gave her the code to our door because we were out of town so they are extremely trust worthy. We will 100% be getting another cleaning from Sparkle & Shine
