They seemed short-staffed, but you honestly wouldn't have known it. Tracy Robison and our other server were so friendly and just on top of everything. They never seemed flustered and were there whenever we needed something without us even having to ask. The four of us had a great late lunch. This is a good Aladdin's. On a hot summer day the air feels nice. Pomegranate tea is always good! Got large hummus and the chicken salad rolled. Chicken salad is plentiful in the middle and not so much in the last inch on each side. But it's good. Hummus is always a winner. Get the hot sauce. It's not overwhelming hot but adds a gentle punch. I got the beef one and it was great. a little on the small side but it wasn't that expensive. I ordered delivery from Aladdin's Eatery after a long and exhausting day of travel, and I'm so glad I did. I never fault a restaurant if the food isn't as hot or as cold as I'd like it to be (I know the risk of third-party delivery!), but my vegetarian plate arrived at the perfect temperature. I'm a big hummus fan, and theirs was great -- nice and creamy. I am not usually a big baba gannouj fan but enjoyed this one a lot. The biggest standout was the dawali, which was some of the best I ever had; it was perfectly seasoned and neatly rolled. The dish came with plenty of pita, too! I also loved the pistachio baklava. Mediterranean food is my favorite and Aladdin's is the spot for this in Cleveland. This is now one of the restaurants I'll have to visit when I'm in town. This is clearly a popular spot and they had a wait for a table most of the time my friend and I were there. The dining room was clean and comfortable. I saw plenty of people coming in for takeout too. The menu boasted takeout in 15 minutes or less! The Flavor Savor Special was the perfect combination of my favorites. It included perfectly seasoned beef Kafka and juicy chicken mishwi on delicious rice. There was also a tasty salad and creamy hummus. I added a side of the Aladdin's hot sauce and put that on everything. The hot sauce is so good! I'm sorry that I was so full because the dessert case looked great with almost a dozen cakes. This would be a good spot to grab dessert. My server was attentive and provided excellent service. When I arrived I was greeted right away by the hostess. I've gone to Aladdin's many times and it's quite tasty. Aladdin's offers Lebanese-American food at reasonable prices. This is a local chain so for those concerns with supporting local- I'd say this qualifies. Food: both meat and vegetarian options are available. I have had their chicken shawarma rolled and it hit the spot. I think they offer a solid hummus as well. And I enjoy baklava- and I think they have a good baklava as well. I will say the baklava isn't THE best but I think it's good. Service: I've only eaten inside once or twice and it was fine. I usually order delivery and haven't had issues. read more

We say it a different way. The proper way face the facts ha. Grape leaves (dawali) are just like granny's. Rice & meat rolled up, it's the chew that is just right here. Topped with feta. Hummus is good, creamier style. Kibbie is perfect like granny's, nice consistency. Try the appetizer or get the plate with a small salad attached. The meat pie is very large. Food is usually always very good but when placing a large order make sure you pull everything out of the bag in the restaurant and reconcile your order because more times than not they will leave out a meal or a drink or screw something up only to have to drive all the way back and retrieve what they charged you for but neglected to put in your bag. Stopped here to recharge while shopping. Ordered a few new beers to try, a Great Lakes IPA and an Almaza. We started with the spicy cauliflower which was delicious. Next has the falafel wrap which was very good. I added some extra garlic sauce and spicy sauce. Wouldnt say that the spicy sauce was spicy but it had a good flavor. Every time we go to Cleveland we have dinner from Aladdin's Eatery at least once. We love the hummus, wraps and salads. Always fresh and always correct. It was crispy on the outside, tender and soft on the inside. So flavorful, perfect and one of the best falafel U have had! Chicken shawarma rolled pita is stuffed with chicken, tomatoes, onions and yogurt dressing. For my taste, the yogurt dressing overpowered the stuffing inside, making it kind of a mushy sandwich. Not something I'd like to repeat. I think I'd like to give this restaurant another try with different orders. So we stopped for a quick bite here before heading out of Cleveland. My husband loved the hummus falafel roll egg he is vegetarian. It was fresh and flavourful. I on the other hand ordered a lamb roll. There were a total of 5 pieces of lamb in my roll. The veggies were fresh and pickled well and very flavourful. BUT if I wanted a veggie roll I would have ordered one. When I'm ordering something with meat I expect to get a little in every bite. Eating inside sometimes isn't the best experience, but their takeout is excellent. It's packaged really well too. Food is always great! Portions are a decent size for the price. Hubby and I came here for lunch due to good Yelp reviews. However,we were disappointed when we had our orders. The food lack flavors,small portions and overpriced. We had their lamb salad which only has 4 chunks of meat and the curry chicken pita roll with side of salad had very thick pita and the house salad dressing's bland. The only good food were the falafel and cauliflower appetizer. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I've walked into a few different Aladdins eateries around the Cleveland area and have had the same great customer service in all of them. They are located in the Crocker Park shopping area, great location if you ask me. As we walked inside, we were greeted promptly and seated pretty quick. Our waitress was great and courteous. She brought out our drinks within a few mins and then proceeded to take our order. My wife ordered the Mujadara Power salad- I think I ate half of it, one of the best and most flavorful salads that I have ever ate. They do bring out a side of dressing to go with the salad, but with the award winning hummus that they put on top of the salad, dressing is not needed. The combination of all the ingredients that go into the salad are delicious, I highly recommend this salad. I ordered the the Aladdins Chicken pizza and I don't regret it one bit. The sauce and all the ingredients on the pizza are pitalicous-server on pita bread. The pizza is over loaded on chicken and the honey dressing they put on top makes it even stand out more. My mom is visiting me and we decided Aladdin's was the lunch destination! We got here around 11:20 on a Tuesday, the restaurant was not crowded, but it did fill up as we waited for our orders. I ordered the Aladdin's chicken pita pizza. I really loved it! There was a lot of toppings on it, it was filling but not too much! My mom ordered the lamb wrap sandwich. She said that the first bite had a piece that was overdone but by the second bite the meat was perfect. My only complaint for this restaurant was the collection of dust on the ledge of the wall! It was a very noticeable amount of dust. Other than that this is a great place to grab lunch or dinner at!
