They have many different party items for rent at reasonable prices. If you book online it is best to call and confirm the booking. When I booked online, I was given a total price and the confirmation page stated that the total balance was due upon delivery. I later called and I was told I had to make a deposit, which I didn't mind. Customer service was okay on the phone when I called to confirm. I was told the remaining balance (after the deposit) was due the day of the event and that I could pay with cash or zelle. The day of my event, delivery was prompt and the delivery guy was friendly and professional. I called the company to inform them I would be paying my balance through zelle. The female was rude and made it seem like I wasn't trying to pay. She cut me off and said she had to call the driver and tell him to wait until the payment was received. Mind you, he had not even finished setting up yet (he had just arrived) and I made it a point to call before he was done. To me, this was Poor customer service. You should try a little better, especially because I'm spending almost $400 to rent from you when there are many other options out there. read more

Ordered a jumper, chairs, tables and turf for my son's birthday this past weekend. We were charged a $20 deposit fee. Thursday before the party we added a tent to the order as well. Order was delivered and driver called the company so that I can pay for the delivery. I was asked if I AUTHORIZED a payment of $320 for the balance of the order with s $5 fee. I gave card info and authorized payment for $325. Four days later I was charged $130 on the same card without my authorization for the tent that wasn't billed on the original delivery. Now I have no problem paying for something we ordered and used... but they charged the card I gave them Saturday without my permission. Being busy with the party and a vacation we are currently taking which was the Monday after the party didn't noticed they forgot to charge for the canopy on the day of the delivery. It the item wasn't billed or invoiced then I would prefer a call to explain that to me and I would gladly have paid the money with a different card. The transaction caused that card to go overdrawn and I know have to incur overdrawn fees from this transaction. We are on vacation in Cabo and are using our other bank and credit card on the trip. By doing this, my account was frozen by the bank and a check that was deposited via mobile banking now has to be on hold for 2 weeks. Company shouldn't charge a card without authorization People do not only use one account for their finances. That account is particularly used for birthday parties for the kids only. Don't do business with this unprofessional company. They delivered & picked up late!!!! I had to pay the venue extra for the time they went over in setting up. In addition to that I received the wrong jumper. My daughter's party theme was sunflowers and I got something completely different than what they had in the website. I also asked them to not make wholes in the ground to please use sand bags as required by the venue and the delivery guy still made wholes and was rude about it. He refused to count all the rental plates, cups, forks and table cloths because he was rushing. Got super mad because I insisted in having him count, instead of them counting later and then saying I was missing items. I had three guests help him count and recount because he was unable to count correctly. Claiming I had missing items, until we count over 3 times to prove that we didn't have missing table clothes or plates. At the end he had a little kid helping him do the pick up and counting forks. Surprisingly I was missing a fork for which they are trying to charge me $15. The customer service was horrible!!!!! Super rude staff and I am petty sure they are breaking labor laws by having a minor work. Please take to note I paid them in advance close to $600. And had to pay even more for them not being professional and showing up on time. read more

I was in need of chairs and tables for my son's last minute birthday party. I did some shopping online, and decided to call Aladin Jumpers when I visited Yelp. Aladin Jumpers and another company (I found on Craigslist) located in Santa Ana had the best prices. The company in Santa Ana quoted over double for delivery (which is understandable, since the distance is much farther). Aladin gave me a price over the phone, and set up a delivery time (4 hour window). Be prepared to pay cash on delivery. A bit of advice. Be sure to call up the business, instead of emailing them.I got a better quote over the phone, than what they gave to me via email. I spoke to a woman who was very nice, and spoke very clear english. Also, if you are very anal about appearances, be prepared to put in a little elbow grease. Debris from tape/ribbons are likely to be attached underneath the tables. The chairs were lightweight plastic folding chairs. And the tables were lightweight plastic folding tables. I cannot speak to experience about Jumpers though. I did not rent a Jumper, since I own my own. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience. The rental price was great, and the delivery/pickup went well. read more

This is the worst place ever. If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 Star is the lowest I can go. I was celebrating my kid's 5th Birthday and rented out a bouncer and some chairs from this place. The promised delivery time was between 7am and 11am. They didn't show up until 2:30pm when my kids party was already half way through, tried to contact the place several times to check what was going on but they said they were having problems with the truck delivering the bouncer and the only answer I would get was that they were going to contact the driver. Luckily I owe a bouncer, not as big as the one I had ordered but at least was enough to keep the kids entertained, although most of my guests had to stand up since we had no chairs. When the guys delivering the bouncer arrived at 230pm, 3and a half hours after promised time, I called again the place and asked them since my party was already 1/2 way through if I could get a 50% discount. The lady on the phone told me she was going to contact the owner Boris and see what she could do. She called me back and said he had told her I could pay 160 out the 218 dollars I was supposed to pay. Then I spoke to a person who said his name was Juan and claimed to be the manager, he would not give out his last name, he was really rude and unprofessional and instead of apologizing he kept on arguing it was not his fault, told me he could take only 30 dollars out. So I told him my party was already half way through that I was willing to pay 1/2 of the price or he could take the bouncer back so he very disrespectfully and rudely told me to give back the phone to his guy to tell him take everything back. The guys that delivered or attempted to deliver the items were really nice and professional, apologetic at all times, I almost felt bad that they had to work for this guy. We ended up not getting the bouncer or the chairs since the kids had already been playing in our bouncer for almost 3 hours and our guests were very understanding about the fact that we were short on chairs. I usually do not write bad yelp reviews, and probably I wouldn't have written a bad review if the "manager " Juan hadn't been so rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER EVER attempt to rent anything from this place again. read more
