I love going to this theater. Unfortunately I don't go as often that I would like to. The theaters are always immaculate and the service great. The menu is great because it offers much more than the normal fare in Laredo. No small children and the focus on keeping you voice down and NO cell phones! You can have an ice cold beer (many to choose from) or an incredible milkshake - the Mexican vanilla is incredible! Kind of expensive but a great treat! read more

There's a lot to be said about this specific Drafthouse. tl;dr: The staff is great, the place is clean, food is okay as usual, but customers are an inconvenience to the managers. I'll start with the pros: The Drafthouse is clean and well kept. The staff isn't around too often which could be a good and bad thing, depending on who you are. I loved it. Service was good once inside the movie theatre and when we first walked in. The showing was the usual, same at every Alamo Drafthouse. The cons: My lord. I am spoiled by the San Antonio Stone Oak location. I bought tickets online and then got into a bit of a jam and wasn't going to arrive to the showing because I wouldn't have arrived in Laredo yet. I spoke to a lady on the phone who was very understanding and asked me to come by the next day and exchange them for another show. So I do as I am told and I come in the next day, to a understanding cashier and a very confused and annoyed manager. I understand that I couldn't make it to the show I purchased, but if your customer service rep told me to come by, I'm going to do what she says. I've never had an issue in San Antonio or Austin with this if it happens to me or to a friend, but suddenly I do here? Was it really THAT much of an inconvenience? Talk about a sour taste in your mouth. So Laredo Drafthouse, good start, but that manager needs some more training. read more

I loved it! My first time was about two weeks ago to watch Hell Fest! I had a great experience, even though there was a power outage for a few minutes but the staff made it enjoyable through that time! I'm definitely going back, I love the atmosphere and whole concept of the movie-dine in! A+++ not to mention, I recommend the banana split milkshake it's sooooo good and on point with a combination of flavors! Awesome!! read more

This is the best no interruptions to go to place for a great night out for movies worry free for refills so u won't miss any parts of the movie waiters are great didn't even have to ask they refill automatically, and the brunch menu highly recomend especially the brunch frito pie its a must and dessert the French toast is the best u must try,and the popcorn love the specific flavor it has specially the butter waters your mouth best in town.This place is for a great night out specially the cocktail drinks the best mojitos also its a must read more

My husband and I always go to the Drafthouse for date nights, we do not go to any other theater in town. Spacing between seats are great, the humor is awesome and the fried pickles are the best :) read more

Finally had a chance to watch a movie here for the first time. My husband and I watched Suicide Squad in 3D and enjoyed some really good drinks and chips and queso. Definitely going to come to this place again. We enjoyed our experience & the staff was friendly and helpful. The experience is different than just going to any another theater. This place is awesome! Adult oriented with a vintage feel combined with modern times and the 80s and 90s and so on! The food could use a little more variety, it's kid and family accessible but it's not like McDonalds. And best of all, a strict cellphone policy that's not afraid to enforce the rules, take a hint cinemark! read more

Terrible staff my wife just returned from a sing a long movie and a member from the staff asked us to keep it down. What is so hard to understand it was a song a long. Time to train your staff on the definition of a sing a long. Funny we never had these problems in San Antonio. read more

I truly wish the whole hype was real. A couple of friends and I went for some drinks and to try out some food for this venue. Much to be desired, 30 minutes in and no one had approached us. I would understand this from a packed to the brim, place....but this was not the case. I hope this wasnt some sort of racial issue or anything similar since all the tables near us were served at least drinks. Very dissatisfying experience, we took our business elsewhere. read more

I have been here once. It was a great movie experience. Great staff and fast service. Surprisingly has one of the best me yes in Laredo. The food was great and the beer selection is outstanding. This is for grown ups so no kids running up and down the aisle during your movie. Wonderful entertainment experience! I will go again. read more

you get used to movie theater food and drinks to be overpriced, but a few cuts of turkey and cheese on one slice of texas bread was ridiculous! it was a very poor attempt at an open face sandwich, and to make matters worst it had a weird after taste to it, almost metallic! i ordered a beer and it came in a regular 12 oz glass! normally it's a larger serving if comes from the tap! the beer had this stale flavor to it, and i couldn't even finish it, 5.50 was not worth it! the seating was uncomfortable to say the least, the arm rests didn't even have padding! i found myself wishing i went to cinemark instead where they have the recliners now! the service was good i guess, you don't really have a chance to interact, they did take a bit long in between orders. we went to an early showing and there were almost no people, so i did expect more speedy service! and for the cherry on top, the popcorn was really bad! it tasted stale and chewy, like when when it's left over, or from a bag or something! first and last time, being able to drink during a movie isn't enough to get me to go back! forget the alamo draft house! read more

Excellent experience, front staff seems eager to please and you can clearly see they pride themselves on customer service. Love the ability to secure and pay for my seat online and get to use my technology to check in too. The beer selection is definitely the best in town and I enjoyed the Calzone during the movie. read more

I've been to several Alamo Drafthouse and this one has to be one of the worst due to its inconvenient seat setup. It's too difficult to get up and out of your seat and have to resort to going under the table. This is the only place that overcharges and isn't consistent with pricing of other Alamo Drafthouses. Staff was friendly but a simple water order took way to long to be served. I'd recommend Regal or Cinemark any day if you're planning on watching a movie here in Laredo. read more

Do not go to Alamo draft house in LAREDO TX. We got tickets a month in advance to see top gun. The manager rudely told us we were not allowed to go in the theater because the feature had started. This was my first time and I was not aware of there "terms". I could understand if this was a normal feature that comes out at a later time but it was not. Shame on you Alamo draft house. read more
