A month later and still just a few shallow holes in the yard (see pic). I could have bought a $20 shovel and done that myself!! I had to hire someone else and they finished it in 3 days with no weather delays or excuses. Anthony said he would give me a refund since a 3-5 day job was taking over a month to complete. I've been waiting almost a month for my refund. Now I have to waste time filing a small claim with the county, complaining to BBB, and reporting them to San Antonio Development Services. Just scroll down and see all the other people they ripped off! If I get my refund I'll consider removing this review.

Once the foundation repair expert showed up he measured the floors with some very advanced equipment and let me know how I could fix the problems I was having. (I had cracks showing up all over my home and half of the doors in the home wouldn't close.) he gave me many options to choose from. After coming to a agreement the work started within 2 weeks and was done in 3-4 days. Almost half the cracks closed completely and all my doors started working immediately. They were very respectful to my yard and my garden's. They had tarps to insure I didn't have dirt left in my grass and when the job was finished you honestly couldn't even tell work was done. They literally put everything back exactly where it was down to the plants that had to be dug up. I'm very satisfied with my choice and I would highly recommend this company.

Since their policy is "not responsible for personal items left in work area" (which was virtually the entire house), refused to make the situation right. So, in exchange, I will leave this 100% honest review: The price was fine and installation was timely, but the product is mediocre. Installation job shoddy in places with carpet not tight to the ground in a few corners and on a few stairs stairs. At least one more technical, high visibility corner on the stairs was mediocrely done. They also put a small scratch on hardwood next to the carpeted area and put marks on baseboards *everywhere*. Would not do business again, and certainly not for higher value installs.

The stucco took the new paint beautifully, and the trim work was masterful. I cannot say enough about how nice it was to work with Newlands Pro Painting. The team showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up when they finished. The business owner, Mr. Newlands himself, works alongside his painters daily, yet still responds to messages promptly.
