At this point, it feels less like poor customer service and more like a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy being ignored while your card keeps getting charged.

Antonio from Amigos reached out right away and asked for a picture of the recliner we needed removed. The price he quoted was very reasonable and much less than another business I had contacted before his. I agreed right away and he told me the exact time he planned to be at our place for pick up. Antonio even gave me a heads up that he was in 1604 traffic (understandable), which I greatly appreciated. Despite the traffic, him and his sons arrived right on time. I appreciated that his business was a family affair and enjoyed seeing how kindly he was coaching his sons to help remove the chair. Antonio was a consummate professional and incredibly courteous.
