Sorry to say it wasn't that great. The guy who did my toes, he was intense my toes still hurt the next day. The lady kept pushing on the gel x saying it would cost the same as dip with a fake tip but she added the gold art on top which I didn't know was extra. She didn't do a good job on that either. My nails look so messy. I do a better job doing them myself-and I suck at doing my own nails. I have polish on my skin and my cuticles are not trimmed properly. I will also have to re-file them when I get home, since that is also not properly done. The employees were nice and courteous-which was pretty much the only plus, but now that I am taking a closer look, my nails look pretty awful. Definitely not worth $70 plus tip. Went to go get a pedicure and manicure done. Only ended up getting a pedicure because the person who was doing it was rude and was giving me a hard time about the length I wanted my toenails. Aside from that they were cut and painted horribly. I'm going to have to end up taking off the shellac because of how ugly it looks. I have gotten my nails done here several times. Although, I love the person who does my nails because they're so nice! They always hurt me. They have made my nail bleed before and sometimes burn it with the tools. The outcome is always lovely, but do not think the pain is worth the price. My friend went to this place and as soon as she walked out, all her nails fell off. The press ons from dollar tree last longer than these!!!

I absolutely love the staff. Always remember me and do good work. Just be warned they are a little rough on nail beds and cuticles, normally on pedicures. They use the clips that cut the cuticles and they REALLY get in there. I wish they would use the electric grinding tool for this... Looks great when done but I have had an instance where I couldn't wear heels because my toes were almost sore. As long as you are open with them about something being uncomfortable, it's a great experience. read more

Horrible place we showed them what we wanted and to see how much it is yet she charged us way more and she was super rough and cut me multiple times. I wish I could give this place a 0 Stars. One of the lady's literally came up to my face and started pointing at me and yelling when I just told her they said 65 yet they were charging me more. She started arguing with my grandma! Went in and asked for a small flower design and a new acrylic s. One of the workers there said he could not do the design and passed me over to a different worker who said he could. Throughout the entire process this man was getting mad at me for having dip powder done before. He went on to put gel over my dip powder nails instead and he filed them down way too short. He tried to do the design many times and could not do so. When I asked if he could draw a simple heart instead, he offered cheap stickers. I declined and asked for my nails to be finished. The finished product was horrible; bumps and scratches all over. They also look smeared. Never coming here again. read more

We just got our nails done, who ever did my friend's nails needs to be fired. She told me he was hella disrespectful towards her. When we got to the car, she told me how he kept hurting her when he took off her fake nails and kept yanking and swatting her hand away when she unintentionally moved her arm. She was on the verge of tears because of how he was hurting her. She even told me that she didn't even decide the color, I thought we were matching, but no the man didn't acknowledge that she wanted a darker shade. Honestly 0/100 recommendation for the treatment and disrespect. The man is light skinned and has brown hair. This whole establishment could be better without him. read more

Yeah this place is very rough on the nail beds making them bleed and then they proceed without courtesy to spray alcohol on them. Ouch! At some point she pulled at a hardened acrylic dip powder that hardened pulling my cuticle along with it. Painful and no apology. She was on the phone the entire time with someone completing a Covid-19 business relief form online, through her phone. I sat in that chair needlessly longer that it should have taken... but I learned they make $187k a year based on her data entry. At the end, they look SOOO thick and unnatural. She also seems to have filed them shorter... because I guess that's a look no one requests... albeit profitable. I stopped her but she said well now I have to make them all even... so yeah one hand has shorter nails than the other. read more

Got acrylics done here and the guy made me bleed twice, once on my thumb and then on my pinky. Very rough, also got the color wrong from the one I originally selected. Didn't ask for shape until after powder was put on, and when I said coffin he said it was too late and then roughly filed the nails until the shape. Shape of the nails on my right hand don't match with the shape of left hand. All that pain for $45.. do not recommend read more

Needed a last minute emergency pedicure and came here for the first time. The staff was nice and helpful the moment we walked in. Spent less than an hour there and the male nail technician that took care of me offered me cold water and was very attentive. Prices are reasonable, but overall a decent experience. I have been to this salon three times now being new to the area. The first visit was very nice. Second visit for pedis, the man was very rough on my cuticles and my daughters too causing us both to bleed. The third visit I had waxing done and hot wax was spilled over my eyelid. I felt I shouldn't have had to pay for this visit as my eye could have been damaged. I do not plan on returning. read more

walked in, sat down and was just thrown the different colors of acrylic nails. i was asked if i wanted a $25 or $40 which i don't understand the purpose of that. when the man started doing my nails, it started off fine, but when it came to putting the actual acrylics on, he would just place the nails on like nothing. no measuring, no cutting, nothing. then when he was placing the ring finger acrylic on and it kept falling off and the glue got on the tip of my finger and the man didn't even BOTHER to clean it off, he just kept going along. so after he placed all the nails, he started to file them, and on some parts of my nail, he would file too rough and it would hurt my skin. when he started cutting the nails he cut them the length that i wanted, BUT CROOKED. and when he wad doing my nails, he would literally PULL them to shake my hand to know that i needed to be just a little bit closer. everything was fine after that until he kept filing them over and over again and using that tool to take off the dead skin and got really close to my skin and it hurt. then finally after who knows how long he told me to go wash my hands and come back. when i came back, he asked me for my card to pay. i've never had to pay for my nails BEFORE actually getting them finished but i mean okay. when he started painting my nails, he did a half ass job at it. the paint isn't even even and you can see the streaks in it. then when it was time to dry my nails, i had to move to a different table where air would come out of it. i had never had to dry my nails like that, usually with the little machine they had at their desk with the purple light and heat coming out of it, but i mean that's fine. the man told me i had to sit there for TEN MINUTES. so i sat there for a little while and i could feel my hands getting really dry and i touched my nails and they were literally already dry after about 5 minutes. the man just kept walking past me and everything like nothing, so i just got up and left. when i got back to my car i could see that the nails looked like if i had already had them on for a while and they were gonna fall off sometime soon. the nails were placed on crooked at you can tell. 10 out 10 would NOT recommend. read more
