I've always loved coming here and have consistently had a great experience, which is why I continue to return and recommend your salon to friends and family. I recently had my nails and toes done two days ago and was very happy with the service and color at the time. However, once I got into natural lighting, I noticed the nail color appeared a bit blotchy and could have used an additional coat for a smoother, darker finish. I called today to ask if I could come in for a quick fix, fully expecting there might be a small charge for the adjustment. I was surprised to be told I would need to pay for a full service again ($45), especially considering I had just spent around $90 two days ago. This was disappointing, as I was simply hoping for a minor correction rather than a completely new service. I've always supported your business and recommended it often, which is why this experience was upsetting. While your service is usually great, this situation makes me reconsider returning in the future. I appreciate the work you do, but I do wish there had been more consideration in this case. read more

Love this place, highly recommend! I came in while heavily pregnant, my feet were swollen and I needed pampering. I didn't think to make an appointment and when I walked in it was PACKED! I was shocked. But everyone was so friendly and let me sit in a chair and soak my feet in hot water while I waited for a nail tech. That was so helpful, I got a little massage and a soak. I didn't realize until way later that they had drinks, I wasn't offered one so I'm not sure if it's something you order, but I'll definitely ask for it next time. I LOVED all of the pedicure options, I forget exactly which package I chose but it was so relaxing. The nail painting is the only complaint I have, I think I got a very young and less educated tech. She ended up doing my nails then my hot wax treatment, it ended up messing up the polish and she had to do it again. In total she re did my nails 3 times and unfortunately I chose red polish so the skin on my toes were red by the time I left. It was laughable but the foot and leg treatment was what I really went for anyway. I will definitely be back and I will bring my mom next time! read more

I've been coming to this nail spa for almost 6 years now. Jonathan and Karla (owners) always make sure their facility accommodates their customers and that all get taken care of fast. The girls there are very helpful and always help you decide which color would coordinate with your outfit, occasion, or season! This place has been growing a lot and now they have a kids spa as well. So not only can the mom be getting pampered, but so can her little girl. Mommy can be drinking a glass of wine while getting her nails done, while the daughter is on the kids section watching cartoons while getting her nails done as well. (Win win right!) read more

My sister recommended this place highly so I decided to check it out. The first strike was when the guy doing my nails sliced through my cuticle with the file!! It hurt soo bad, and he acted like it was nothing. Then my nails were not filed right at all; they were crooked and the corners were still sharp. He was just rushing through it all. Great service from Jon and the ladies that work there. Sometimes they're very busy best to call in and set an appointment. Prices are reasonable. I paid way less today than I do at other places for similar service. Manicure and shellac were $27 I usually pay $35 somewhere else. Definitely going to make sure to set appointments here so I save a few dollars. read more

This nail spa is extremely disappointing. Their quality in the past has been average, but today definitely convinced me never to go back. I asked for a pedicure and was seated in a salon chair with my feet in water. I waited 30 MINUTES and no one was assigned to do my nails. There were at least 3 other customers in front of me that also did not get service yet. No one apologized or explained about the delay. My time is too valuable to waste in a place that doesn't care about customer service, so I left without the pedicure. I will find a better spa. read more

For advertising as also being a Kid's Spa it's not kid friendly. Poor customer service. However nails look nice.

I've been going to Nail Spa for years! I love it and my girls love the kids spa too! One thing I appreciate the most is that they remove gel polish properly by wrapping your nails instead of filing the polish down or making you soak in acetone! They definitely provide a "quality over quantity" service! They also always have the up to date collections and trends! I always receive compliments on how awesome my nails look!
