We paid in full for a printer that was never delivered. Our sales contract is directly between Alamo Printer Service (the Business) and ourselves (the Client), and our refund request was submitted within the timeframe stated in that agreement. After requesting a refund, we were informed that an additional document would need to be signed in order for the refund process to be started. That document states the refund would be requested by Alamo Printer Service on our behalf and processed through a third-party vendor. This requirement does not appear in the original sales contract. We did follow the process outlined to initiate the refund, including signing the requested document. Despite multiple follow-ups with both Alamo Printer Service and the third-party vendor, as of the date of this review, no refund, full or partial, has been received. We were also advised that a 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges would be applied. Neither the original sales contract nor the refund document references restocking fees or return shipping charges. Additionally, UPS tracking confirms that while a shipping label was created, UPS has not received the package, indicating the printer has not shipped. Placed an order for parts to repair my DTF printer in Sept 2025. Paid in full for parts to be ordered to Mike Allen at Alamo Printer Service (about $1500). I cancelled the order after he told me the parts were on back ordered about 2 weeks later. He told me that I have to get the refund from the parts distributor. Again, the sale was betweem my business and Alamo Printer Service but he won't answer my calls (which I call his cell every other day) nor will he issue me a refund. I did receive one email from Mr. Allen stating he doesn't work with that parts distributor any more. Was a nice person to talk with when he came to see the problem with my printer but has been lousy since he took my money and left. Based on my experience, don't do business with this person or company. (I will post an update if the issues is resolved.) read more

Horrible service. We left a voice recording for repair. He was out withing an hour. Needed parts...no problem...he did not take cc so we mailed a check for the parts and the maintenance yearly fee. Over $1000.00 dollars this was 6 weeks ago. He will not take my calls or call me back. My printer has been done since Jan 2026. We are now in March. Still... my printer is down. I would give no stars but googles does not allow it . But It has been over 7 month since I contracted Mike to do a repair. But he decide to skip town on us after we prepaid him for parts. He has failed to honor his contract and provide us with a refund. We have contacted him by phone, email and in person and he still refuses to do the right thing. We hired Mike Allen, dba Alamo Printer Service, to fix a printer. He required payment up front which we provided. Then he kept our money and never repaired our printer. We ended up hiring another company to fix our printer and it turns out that the problem was not even what Mike took our money to fix. Be very wary! read more

Mike is a very dishonest business man. He has for over seven months kept money that we prepaid for printer repair parts (700+ dollars). He has given us every sob story and excuse he can think of that border on laughable. He continues to blame it on his "supplier" and refuses to give us their contact information so we can chase them down for a refund. Just some friendly advice, do not give him any money up front unless you do not mind it being stolen from you and told that he is at the mercy of his supplier. Be extremely wary of Alamo Printer Services!!! Very unethical business practices. Michael came to my office in December to quote my printer repair. I prepaid for the repair (in hindsight, mistake on my part). He told me it would take 2 weeks to receive the parts. I completely understood that delays could happen due to supply chain issues. After 4 weeks, he said the parts are still on backorder. I told him that I could no longer wait and we had decided to not repair the machine. He had me sign a contract cancellation and a refund would be issued within 8-10 weeks (unbelievable!!!!). It has now been 4 months since I signed the cancellation and the refund still has not been issued. I have repeatedly emailed Michael and he does not respond. There is something going on with this guy. He keeps saying the refund will come from his vendor. What in the world does that even mean??? --- I paid Alamo Printer Service.
