I've been a loyal customer of Best Tickets for some years now and the customer service they offer is outstanding. You just let them know which event you are looking to attend and your price range and I can assure you that you won't find a better deal anywhere else. Also, they don't trick you with a bunch of extra fees like Ticketmaster or other online pages. Plus a really nice perk of Best Tickets is that if you are going to a Spurs game or concert at the Frost Bank, their store is open and they have a wall full of complimentary beer and seltzers for their customers. The staff is friendly and pleasant with each customer. The highlight is when they invite you into their Lounge, so it's a good idea to beat the event traffic and get here early! You can buy an AT&T Center Parking Pass with your tickets too. There is not much parking outside the shop, but if you get there at least an hour before the event you should be good. Sitting in their comfy lounge is intimate and makes for a great place to surprise a date. You can choose from a plethora of beers that they have stocked on their back wall fridge. So grab a BT koozie, and select one of the many complimentary beer choices! Practice that "Go Spurs Go" chant with your friends on the way to the game and you are ready to catch the action!

Prepaid garage or valet parking options are available as well as a convenient parking lot a short walk away. The show was loud, especially for an acoustic performance, but the sound quality was great. Overall, there is a variety of price points, so you can splurge on club seating with table service, or choose the balcony to save the piggy bank. We sat in the mezzanine section however next time I would prefer to sit closer to the stage. While some of the ticket prices were on the high side, you can sign up for the newsletter to receive discounts on upcoming shows. The price of drinks was outrageous but sadly typical for a concert. I did not order food or beverages but be sure you view the menu / price list ahead of your visit. There was no meet & greet or photo opportunity offered for this event but I hope that is an option at future events. Definitely consider the Tobin when your favorite band is in town!

We didn't park at their parking, which was $15 in advance, $20 day of at their garage, $28 or so for valet. We went to a day showing of the ballet so we actually found street parking close by. Totally not impressed. There was one spot for beer, and they weren't very adventurous on the food items. They had chicken or beef kebabs for $10, some gorditas, and hot pretzels, but not a whole lot more. We got there early and went into one of the venues to watch an awesome local band called Slowpoke who had two guest violinists, and a cellist. They were really great, and it was the highlight of the evening. When we emerged however, Hemisfair Park was PACKED to the hilt with people. The food and drink booths took credit cards, so that was a huge plus. I'm going to take a pass on Luminaria or the next few years in hopes that they improve.

Poor customer service that will not or can not make decisions to solve issues. This was my first and last time using ticketcity. Guess my only option is to dispute charges with my credit card company.

The tickets I received were THIRTEEN ROWS below the tickets I purchased! This is unacceptable, especially at a football game as we would nit be able to see, which is why we purchased Row S... not Row F which they gave us! It took two days and many frustrating hours of phone calls to even reach a human. Each time they would transfer us back to the digitized voice with NO option to choose that matched our problem. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! FINALLY got someone who after 45 mins of going back and forth with "We don't give refunds" and us quoting their review, they finally agreed to the refund, told us they put it through to our Paypal account and we'd have our refund in 3-5 days. LIES! It has been a week and STILL no refund. I filed a claim on Paypal and now they are telling me they can't help me because I filed a claim with Paypal, when all they would have to do is issue the refund through the claim to close it! This company has nearly 50 complaints on Better Business Bureau. Horrible company. In response to the company response: ZACK: NO YOU DID NOT ACCEPT THE CHARGEBACK! I just spoke with Paypal and they are STILL awaiting seller response on this case... you have NOT responded in the 7 days the case has been open, and there has been no refund issued. Why lie???
