I called and told her that I needed my house under contract within a week (in latter Sept 2022, when the interest rates were constantly rising), and she busted her butt to make it happen. Both Kimberly and her team were thorough, professional, and incredibly kind and patient. They bent over backwards to sell my house, under the best terms for us, and in the end everyone was happy. My pre approval amount from my lender, and what I had in savings. My savings is none of her business and I didn't disclose that. It's obvious she put the addresses of both properties in a computer program that estimates what amounts would generate the fastest sale of my home, the purchase of a new one, with the highest commission for her. I say this because shortly after I called, she emailed opinions, which said I should sell my existing home for less that I paid for it 4 years ago, and I should offer full price on the property I was interested in. She included in her email a spreadsheet with numbers that didn't tally up or explain whether they were debits or credits, or who they were for, the seller or buyer. (I have a copy if anyone wants to see it) She said I should hurry with the process, since the home I was interested in was likely to sell quickly. (It's been on the market over 6 months). I asked how she could judge the value of either property fairly since she never visited either of them in person. She said her listing stats don't lie. When I asked why her spread sheet was confusing, she criticized my math skills. Instead of trying to work with me, she told me to get another realtor, since I know "everything." I'm sharing this experience to help anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. It's a good idea to visit with several realtors and lenders before moving forward. I would avoid anyone who rushes the process or is too curious about your finances. Good luck !
