Several times, much later in the eveing, some kids have been in the parking lot playing ball and I see balls hitting other vehicles. A bit hard to find their location if you don't konw where they are, but there is a sign off the highway that does point an arrow, so watch for it if you come here. I was told that maintenance issues are only done through an email off their website that you must submit through. Maintenance issues do not get done as fast as they should. You cannot report these issues via phone or by going into the office. They ahve not told me how they handle after hour emergencis such as ceiling leaks. Otherwise a little bit worn down but the outsides of the complex seems livable. Insides of the apartments not new looking, but again, livable.

We could fish right off the back dock, and there was a nice covered lounging area on the deck above the dock area. House was clean and in good order. Contained a full size washer and dryer. Fence allowed us to let the pug run free. Dislikes: Downstairs (2 bedroom, washroom with dorm fridge, bathroom) is DETACHED FROM UPSTAIRS (2 BR, 2 bath, living, kitchen). This was not clear from the marketing statements. Downstairs is poorly air conditioned. The small unit in the front downstairs BR never really cooled anything. We resorted to buying two box fans. Downstairs BR with 2 bunk beds contained a ceiling fan we considered dangerously close to the bunk bed ladders. Dryer would never shut off via timer. Had to be manually stopped by opening the door. Overall Thoughts: We enjoyed our vacation and the house. If the cooling and detached levels issues were not present this would have been at least 4 stars.
