Then I was told I had to show up an hour and a half (90 mins) in advance for an x-ray -she said they don't do the actual x-rays on site so I would have to go through AMI imaging first-conveniently located in their parking lot, while I'm assuming it is also a separate charge. They want to be certain the x-ray is complete and so I have to sit and wait 90 minutes so I don't keep the doctor waiting - what?? What about keeping ME waiting? Or I could drive the 20 miles (one way) days before the appointment for the x-ray, then show up again the day of my actual appointment. Why is it that all of the other ortho offices I called told me they take x-rays on-site without waiting to see the doctor? Does Premier know there are other ortho offices and doctors you can see that won't make you wait on hold, jump through hoops, and be totally frustrated just making an appointment? So glad I found another ortho group with an appointment (sooner) with x-rays on the spot and no additional hours wasted of my life! My issue was already resolved by another ortho group (who was excellent), xrays on the spot, and my Premier appointment was still another week away!

My wife was pregnant last year, and I made the mistake of bringing her here based on reviews on my…read moreinsurance's website. On her very first visit, after sitting around in the waiting room, the doctor asked if she was suicidal for getting pregnant. Yes, he really did. We were kind of stuck with this place and had to keep going back for insurance reasons, but all dealings with the doctor were terrible. The nurse and secretarial staff were better, but if I had to do it again, I'd avoid the place like the plague. Of course, towards the end of our need to return, the doctor was transferred out. I wish it happened sooner. However, from what we were told, he just stopped showing up for work and then just got moved to the Complete Care in Vineland, where my wife once more had the displeasure of seeing him again (by surprise). We will now make sure we don't see him for anything. The doctor who replaces him at this location was better, but since we only saw her once or twice, it would be hard to say how it would have gone had it been her the entire time.

Dr Huston projects a level of professionalism that is well above that of your average medical…read moredoctor. At times he is short with you, or may be stern during his discussions, but he has never been out of line and is always more than helpful with questions. It is a breath of fresh air to have a doctor who cares about me, and is willing to take the time to discuss things and is forceful about things that could make me healthier.

His nurse Erica or scheduler, I don't quite know what is her actual title. But she is the utmost rudest and disrespectful employee at that office. Her attempts at humor come off as lame, inappropriate and highly unprofessional . I am fairly new to this town and county and am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism of Dr. Huston's office. They have lost my business and I will be looking for a new primary .
