Who would have ever thought I would get my lips done as I am terrified of needles? I can honestly say that It was an easy and smooth process with the least pain possible. Dr.Rosenbach and assistant Nadia did an amazing job of explaining the procedure prior to injections. They were also very helpful in explaining the aftercare for my lips. I couldn't be happier with the results! I asked for a natural plump lip and I got exactly what I wanted.

The focus should be on transparency as well as patient's health and well-being - not GREED. They also violate boundaries. Dr. Ahdout gave me her word that Jamie would not contact me further. Yet, Jamie contacted me despite my numerous written and verbal requests to cease contact. I believe I may be able to file a police report for harassment. Additionally, I believe Jamie even went as far as providing DECEPTIVE MISINFORMATION about matters that can affect health in further attempts to not refund me. I believe this is highly unethical and concerning conduct especially for a dermatologist office. I am posting this review after multiple attempts to resolve this matter. I left a message and sent emails the first time and I did not receive a call from Dr. Ahdout. The same thing happened a second time. I posted a review the first time and Jamie called right away so I removed it. When I went in to show Dr. Ahdout the result of her work - I felt gaslit because she was questioning me as to why she would do a job like this. She again asked on the phone yesterday as what I think happened - a question she herself should answer. She then said there are no before and after photos. I reminded her AGAIN that I have before photos on my phone that her own assistant took. Dr. Ahdout then asked if I would agree to a credit. I declined. She then said that they have a "policy" that once a patient asks for a refund they can't return to the office. I informed her that I would not want to work with a business that has punitive policies. I believe both her conduct and Jamie's conduct revolved mainly around keeping my money. When I first brought up the refund, Jamie immediately became aggressive on the phone and used what felt like patronizing repetition. She kept repeating my name aggressively as soon as I mentioned a refund, which felt like an attempt to cut me off and silence me. Jamie even went as far suggesting that the tightness was "normal". She even pointed to her face claiming she felt the same. I knew the tightness was not normal. When I asked Dr. Ahdout, she confirmed that it was not normal. I do not appreciate being gaslighted or having my concerns normalized as though this is something I should simply tolerate. This involves health and providing misinformation to patients can have great liability. Jamie also asked if I would want to do a correction. I declined. I noted in my review and also in an email to Dr. Ahdout's as well as during her call yesterday that I do not want to interact with Jamie at all. Dr. Ahdout GAVE ME HER WORD that she will call me back herself. Dr. Ahdout did NOT keep her word. Instead Jamie called and went back and forth attempting to claim that it wasn't 2 items I purchased and it was 1.5. She said Dr. Ahdout said there was "a confusion" and it was 1.5 items. I informed her that's false. Besides Dr. Ahdout's own prior confirmations - the invoice is more than clear. I explained, again, that Dr. Ahdout confirmed with me TWICE, once in front of her own assistant in person and again on the phone yesterday, that it was 2 items. Jamie went back and forth for at least 10 minutes arguing. I kept asking her to ask Dr. Ahdout. She refused 3 times and continued to argue. I kept mentioning what I paid for. She finally checked my invoice although she had ALREADY SEEN my invoice as she is the one who charged me AND even emailed it to me. She FINALLY agreed it was 2 items. I believe these practices are EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE and GREEDY. Then Jamie said their "corporate" is going to send me an email to sign "a form". I told her I'm not signing a release form as I need to see another doctor. Patients should not be forced to sign a release form to receive a refund. Jamie said their corporate "requires" this and that they will contact me. AGAIN, she displayed a pattern of violating boundaries and as soon as I would say their corporate did not have my consent to contact me - she would BLATANTLY REPEAT they will contact me. I informed her that at this point I have to do a full chargeback on the 2 items. I contacted my bank and did a full chargeback on the agreed upon amount. If they create ANY extra emotional distress and dispute the chargeback - I will immediately involve my counsel without further notice and use ALL legal remedies to not only obtain my money in full, but to also hold them fully liable for all damages including corrections needed and the emotional distress caused related to this matter and their conduct. I will also expand my online review to other platforms as I see fit.

I had almost lost hope until I found Dr. Zoë Indigo. By pure luck, I was able to secure a last minute appointment at her Inglewood office, and I can honestly say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was impressed. The entire process was seamless and modern. I love that everything is completed electronically before your visit, eliminating the endless paperwork and allowing you to focus on what really matters..,.your care. Donna is truly the backbone of an exceptionally well run practice. Her communication is second to none. Every time I've had a question or needed assistance, she has responded incredibly quickly, usually within an hour, and I have never waited more than two. That level of responsiveness is almost unheard of in healthcare today. She is efficient, organized, kind, and always makes you feel like a priority. It is clear she genuinely cares about patients and takes pride in what she does. When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Juni (J-U-N-I), who immediately made me feel comfortable. The office itself is beautiful, clean, calming, and incredibly relaxing. It feels like a place where healing begins the moment you walk through the door. Then I met Dr. Zoë Indigo. I came in feeling defeated about concerns. After searching for answers for so long, I had started to lose hope. Dr. Zoë changed that within minutes. She is one of the most compassionate physicians I have ever met. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She listened without rushing me, answered every single question thoroughly, discussed every treatment option in detail including potential side effects and never once made me feel like just another patient. She genuinely cares, and it shows. What stood out to me most was that she doesn't just treat a condition she treats the person. She makes you feel seen, heard, valued, and understood. She advocates for her patients and always puts their health and long-term well-being first. It's the little things that leave the biggest impression. On an extremely hot Los Angeles day, she even offered me a bottle of water to make sure I was comfortable. That simple act of kindness speaks volumes about the type of physician she is. Before I even made it back to my car, my prescriptions had already been sent to the pharmacy and my visit summary was waiting in my patient portal. Everything was efficient, organized, and incredibly thoughtful. If you are looking for a dermatologist for your skin, hair, or nails, I cannot recommend Dr. Zoë Indigo enough. And if you are a person of color searching for a physician who truly understands your unique needs, stop searching and book the appointment. If Beverly Hills doesn't have availability, check the Inglewood office or schedule one of her virtual visits. Sometimes we lose hope as patients. The right doctor gives it back. Dr. Zoë Indigo gave me hope again, and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you, Dr. Zoë, and thank you, Juni, for making me feel so genuinely cared for. I look forward to continuing my journey with your team, and I pray your practice continues to grow and bless countless more patients. You are truly phenomenal.

Dr. Zoe is incredibly diligent and takes the time to explain everything in detail so you understand the process from beginning to end. Nothing felt rushed and nothing felt generic. It was clear she is deeply knowledgeable and genuinely invested in delivering the best possible outcome. The results speak for themselves and I could not be happier with how my skin looks and feels. Her office alone is worth talking about. It is sleek, aesthetic, and absolutely stunning. Everything feels pristine and intentional, almost museum level beautiful. I remember walking in and thinking the space was so immaculate that I might accidentally ruin it just by existing in it. You can tell she shows up one hundred percent in every aspect of her practice, even down to how her office is designed and maintained. Everything is in its place, clean, calm, and visually perfect. It sets the tone immediately and makes you feel like you are in very capable hands. The booking process was easy and seamless through her website which I really appreciated. No back and forth, no confusion, just efficient and professional. Dr. Zoe herself is the perfect balance of professional and warm. She is pleasant, approachable, and makes you feel comfortable right away. And I have to say she is absolutely stunning, clearly doing something right because whatever her routine is, I want in. On top of all of that, she also accepts insurance for certain procedures, which is not something you see often, so it is definitely worth asking her about that directly. Overall this was an exceptional experience and the quality of care truly stands out. If you are considering PRP or any aesthetic treatment and want someone who is meticulous, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to excellence, Dr. Zoe is the one. I would recommend her without hesitation and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I was really terrified all my life of plastic surgery and when I was researching doctors it was…read moreeven worse because every time I spoke to an office I always felt like an agenda was being pushed or these crazy unbelievable results were being heavily pushed towards me. Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself. Thank you Dr Kim and team :')

I had one of the most concerning medical/cosmetic experiences I have ever had at this clinic…read more My medical record contained multiple false and inaccurate statements, including conditions I do not have (such as "excessive hair on the forehead") and medications that were never prescribed, discussed, or explained to me. This is a serious issue and raises major concerns about the accuracy and integrity of patient records at this clinic. During my facial chemical peel, the procedure was performed by Salma Molina under the name of Gabriela Ortiz, PA-C. However, I was left alone in the room with Salma Molina during the procedure, without proper supervision. There was no appropriate protection for sensitive areas such as my eyes, lips (with semi-permanent lip blush), eyebrows (with microblading), or hairline. I was NOT informed about or offered any barrier ointment, and I was NOT asked if there were areas to avoid, despite the clinic later falsely claiming this in writing. The application technique was careless. The chemical solution was running into my hair, scalp, and down my neck, and I could even taste it during the procedure. I repeatedly expressed discomfort, and this was not properly addressed. Seven days later, I returned for an unrelated back peel and raised these concerns again. Salma Molina appeared surprised and stated that she "was not aware" of what had happened, which is extremely concerning. I filed a formal complaint, and the response from Practice Manager Matthew Ramirez was dismissive, inaccurate, and failed to address key concerns. There was no accountability, no apology, and no meaningful investigation into what occurred. Instead, the response appeared biased and focused on defending staff rather than addressing patient safety. Patients trust providers to deliver safe care, professionalism, and accurate medical documentation. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated the opposite. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before choosing this clinic.

Then, because my skin apparently loves chaos, I developed a mild staph infection from a tattoo reaction. While I was out of town and stressed, Dr. Olsen responded quickly, guided me immediately, and saw me first thing the next business day. She diagnosed and treated the infection appropriately before it could escalate, adjusted medications as needed, and followed my healing closely. What truly sets Dr. Olsen apart is not just her expertise, but her clinical demeanor and care approach. She is incredibly knowledgeable, reassuring, responsive, and compassionate.
