I paid a $5,000 retainer, plus an additional $5,000+ for documents and investigations that I specifically requested. In the end, I felt that this work was used against me rather than to support my case. After retaining Mr. Wong, I did not see any meaningful action taken to benefit me or my children. Communication has been poor and inconsistent. Messages and questions were often not returned in a timely manner. When I wanted to object to certain matters, I was repeatedly advised not to--advice that I believe has harmed my case and potentially affected my children's future. In my opinion, Mr. Wong has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, reliability, and advocacy on my behalf. I have felt neglected, disrespected, and unsupported throughout this process.
