I hired Osvaldo to remodel my elderly mother's kitchen. I paid for 42-inch cabinets, but without my approval he installed 36-inch cabinets instead. The vinyl flooring was installed poorly with uneven and jagged cuts. He removed the baseboards and never reinstalled them. An undermount sink was installed incorrectly and later fell off, causing additional damage and expense. Plumbing was not completed until I repeatedly requested he return. I sent him money via Zelle for a dishwasher that he stated he purchased. The dishwasher was never installed, and it was later confirmed it was never purchased. Terrible. Unprofessional. Dishonest I asked him to build 1 simple cabinet. He took a 50% deposit. Hundreds of texts, calls and emails later, little response. He has told me on 2 occasions that he would be ready to install in a day or two. Those days come and go with no communication. People like this give honest, diligent contractors a bad name. Very highly impressed by the quality of the work. We hired them to fix what another contractor had done to our kitchen cabinets and they delivered a result that was beyond our expectations. We also thought the price was reasonable. We would highly recommend them. read more
