I show up for a 7am appointment and I am shown a cancellation form. Took me asking multiple times to receive any form of contact info for an "office manager". Also told me that me that my brothers insurance was accepted and after 8 months and 5 separate visits, received a surprise bill and told they do not accept his insurance. Told me some bs about how it took awhile to fax over insurance information from provider. Never received one call from the non existent office manager. Dr. Young is great but will not be retuning after multiple problems with his front desk staff who only know how to swipe cards and setup appointment. Extremely disappointed after I have had extensive work done at this office.

Hummm, so you just told me you wanted me to wait 2 weeks with tooth pain---for someone who was suppose to be my regular dentist? / Moral to the story---it doesn't matter how great a dentist is---if the front staff will not help in an emergency or your office has short hours--well you get the idea. I found another dentist closer to my home who saw me same day who treated me with empathy and urgency. Maybe the front staff has changed since then. That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. However, I do stand by my previous review that the best people at this practice are Dr. McPhee and Helen. If you have a bad experience here, let them know before you leave. They really do care about their patients' experiences.
