That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. Told me some bs about how it took awhile to fax over insurance information from provider. Never received one call from the non existent office manager. Dr. Young is great but will not be retuning after multiple problems with his front desk staff who only know how to swipe cards and setup appointment. Front Desk: Not so much. / / / A tooth being watched flared up and needed to be pulled as I was having pain. Which later had an implant to replace it. I called the office early and the lady said it will be 2 weeks before we can see you- sorry. And I was clear in what was happening. Again she said sorry. Hummm, so you just told me you wanted me to wait 2 weeks with tooth pain---for someone who was suppose to be my regular dentist? / Moral to the story---it doesn't matter how great a dentist is---if the front staff will not help in an emergency or your office has short hours--well you get the idea. I found another dentist closer to my home who saw me same day who treated me with empathy and urgency. Maybe the front staff has changed since then. What a shame when customer service doesn't cost a penny.
