That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. However, I do stand by my previous review that the best people at this practice are Dr. McPhee and Helen. If you have a bad experience here, let them know before you leave. I pulled into the parking lot, I started not feeling well and got sick in the parking lot so I called them from their parking lot to reschedule and they're charging me $150 for rescheduling. Most doctors office as long as you reschedule will waive that. Really isn't good business for new company with new clients, sickness isn't my fault And I didn't blatantly just not show up. Good Dentist are hard to find and I thought I'd found one for my four member family, very dissatisfied with their business office.
