I thought that maybe the shifter or front derailleur may have been bad. Johnathan took all of 5 seconds to diagnose and fix the problem. It seems that the cable from the shifter to the front derailleur was way too loose. I offered him money for his time and expertise, but he said it was "on the house for such an easy repair!" Johnathan is an expert mechanic and an all-around good guy! He did a similar repair about two years ago on a Cannondale mountain bike that I brought in. We stopped in since I wanted a cruiser bike and there were a few different kinds to choose from. They have a nice selection of bikes. I was also able to choose a basket for my bike. They also have gadgets so I got a bell :) They have car hitches but I'll need to come back for that purchase. Owner is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a sun bike which I love. The owner helped me load the bike in the trunk of my car. I will definitely be back.

Definitely not a great experience...brought my E-bike rear wheel to be trued/tensioned, as I broke…read morea few spokes after hitting a massive Philly pothole, and this guy proceeded to rip spokes off of my wheel and said it was unfixable. He said it would cost over $180-$200 to fix it, and that I was better off just getting a whole new motor and wheel. Instead, I brought it to my trusted bike shop that I used to live near, and those guys took great care of it, explaining that the 3 broken spokes had to be replaced, but that re-tensioning the wheel would actually take care of the other loose spokes. And it all cost under $50! Definitely stay away from this place!
