I have an attorney and thought well it's got attorney in the name, and come to find out he uses this process service too. It was $75 to serve in Anchorage, which is $10 more than some of the competition, but I wanted results. You fill out the process service instructions form with attached forms to serve, clip a check to the file, and place in the cubby of the process service of your choice. I filed on Tuesday, and the server served Monday morning, which was within the 48 hour serve mark of the Wednesday scheduled hearing. I was on pins and needles because I didn't want to reschedule the hearing and it felt like it was cutting it close. All in all I was happy with the server, service, and will use again if I need to flex the arm of the law.

Their explanation was that I may have filed an appeal for hardship and they would have lost money from the credit union so they took the money out of my bank as well. This is a shady assed operation and I don't know any recourse since their actions caused me extreme distress by draining 2 of my accounts. I was forced to pay an additional $125 processing fee to the bank. Alaska seems full of scammers and heartless parasites.

He in fact has a mentality like Bristol Palin, nothing but rich bitch valley trash. A narcissist with no friends. After a brief few weeks it all became appearant he had no intention of ever paying me when I never received a paycheck or W-2. He in fact cheated on his wife he had 2 children with, with a prostitute in a long ongoing affair. Evidence suggests he can't even take care of himself. Let us all hope he is once again rightfully put to justice. While he is a criminal, Alaska Limousine is a bad business that NEEDS TO GO.

Instead of admitting he had not had time and had nothing. He began to rant and yell at us about how great of an attorney he was. After being yelled at for having expectations. He continues to waste another 2 weeks of time. Paid some one else to review and post a time line of our case. He dose not even look at what the simple review was. Tells us to try to pay less attorney fees to the other attorney. We told him we chose to Apeal amounts rewarded for damages as we had WON the case but lost due to a percentage the judge awarded. Judge awarded repair costs off the top of his head, instead of using any of the professional estimates provided in evidence. This man wants to take money with out having to put a thought or moment of real effort into anything. If it's not a simple case he has a template For. You are wasting your time and your money. This man has left us with 10days now to find another appeals attorney. He refuses to file extension for us. Even though it's his fault we are left short. Our advice. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BRENT COLE!!!! (This case has a pile of evidence in our favor by the way. )

Here is why I can't say the house was cleaned to my expectations: Each cleaner worked in her own area but as far as I could tell no one did a run-through at the end to make sure nothing was forgotten. Most of the cabinet faces were washed but not all. The front of the kitchen peninsula was neglected and that is a biggie as it faces the living areas. The window seals and ledges were still dusty. I went around and cleaned what they missed and wasn't even too sad about that. At this point I would've gladly given them 4 stars and maybe even 5. The part that was dumbfounding to us was they didn't clean the freezer section of the fridge. It's a combo fridge andin my other houses I've never had a deep cleaner *not* wipe down the freezer part. When I realized the freezer had been forgotten, I called to let them know and the response came back as texts. She told me we asked for the fridge to be cleaned but didn't mention the freezer. I could pick up the slack on the other things that got overlooked but due to a medical challenge I cannot clean a freezer. At the end she offered (again, via text) to send someone back (for an undisclosed price) but it's been 4 days and I've still heard nothing back. More than anything I'm disappointed because we paid a considerable amount of money and it seems no one from White Lilac cared enough to tie up loose ends. Again, I feel like the ladies did a fine job; the problem is with the way the service is run. Someone should walk through the property at the end to ensure no one forgot anything. And maybe next time someone asks to have their fridge cleaned, you can get the customer to specify about the freezer so you don't run into this problem again. By the way, just to make sure we weren't up in the night, I happened to be in a meeting the next day and all 14 ppl agreed that in their minds, cleaning a fridge that's a combo means cleaning the freezer too. I would recommend this service but with the caveats that the customer needs to be very specific about what they want cleaned and someone needs to be there to make sure everything was cleaned.

I highly recommend Alaska Court Services! I hired them to serve multiple summons in a court case I filed. After I won my judgement, I needed help to get the money with a writ of execution. They took care of it and knew exactly what to do. Hands down they are the best! Some of my stuff was on a time crunch and they were on it! They are the absolute best at what they do! They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me. This is the only process server company you should use in Alaska!
