Hello, I don't yelp much, but these guys were great. My…read moregrandpa had awnings in the back of his house that were covered with years and years of moldy, yucky stuff (he's 96 and can't see if they are dirty or not). Anyway, we had a couple other window washers come out and give us quotes, and one of them attempted to clean our awnings, but after a bit over an hour gave up (but didn't charge us, which was nice). Jim Kinder came out, gave us a good quote, and worked his tail off cleaning these awnings. These awnings were much more difficult to clean than anyone had expected (including other cleaners who tried and failed), so it took him a little longer than he originally quoted... But he stuck to the originally quoted price. (my grandpa decided to pay him more anyway, since they did such a good job. Kinder was so set on sticking to his original quote that it almost seemed like he tried to talk us down from the amount we thought was fair!). All that, and they cleaned our windows too, which now that they are clean it is so much nicer to look out the back windows at the deer and other wildlife. Anyway, long story short, you cannot go wrong with Kinder; he does great work at a great price and holds to his word.

I explained to him that it had to be perfect since we are selling our home. My house was a huge challenge.....VERY dirty. I have 2 large decks, ranch style home with many windows. We had both decks, entire house, sidewalk, cement porch, all windows and the screens for a low price. Each job is different and priced accordingly, so I will not disclose what I paid, but it was $150 less than the competitors. They arrived on time and ready to work! I had green mold on the north side of the house that I thought would never come off....I was wrong. They offered quality work and they took great care in what they did. Luke, the crew leader was so polite and prior to leaving asked if we could do a walk around to make sure it was to my satisfaction. It was. I have already sent 3 referrals to them, based on how great my house looks. You won't be sorry if hire these guys.
