The family seems very friendly. I asked for a free quote. I got the quote the next day. I received a bill of $160 for a permit! I didn't agree to having my roof replaced and already they pulled a permit! That was unfair. Jimmerson Roofing lost all my respect and business. My neighbor had them reroof their home a couple months later and noticed they use... "cheap labor" to do the roofing and they didn't hesitate to throw the old shingles into my yard! I had to ask them to pick it up. This was infuriating! I have since hired a more reputable roofing company that has integrity and values their customers. read more

Update: Nick, their lead technician, did a thorough inspection of the vent pipe that is disconnected from the rubber boot. He found broken vinyl brackets. The break was very recent...HMMMMM.... (inspector caused?). Now we need a plumber to fix the damaged vent pipe. Matt Jimmerson contacted me and they are coming out tomorrow to look at the issue we have with a vent not being connected to a rubber boot. I'm beyond grateful that they are standing behind their work. read more

It has taken me over 6 months to be able to be of the right mind to leave this review. We contracted with Jimmerson to do our siding and doors and the project began in May 2023. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The installation was absolutely awful, with dents and gaps at almost every window. The "crew" (which I can tell they hired third party) left chunks of our old siding in our yard and at least a hundred nails. They even destroyed my flowers and kicked them under my stairs to hide them. I tried to work with the owner and his longtime employees to resolve our issues because the job was horrible and they each admitted it was - and felt gaslit and dismissed the entire time. We finally gave up in August because the fixes they made were the best they were willing or maybe able to do. I am still worried about the potential damage that could happen due to installation issues and water being trapped in our window wrap, only time will tell. Wanted to add that we asked the owner multiple times to come and see the work and he refused - just passed us off to his project supervisor. Don't even get me started about how they installed more than one of our door handles on upside down... It was honestly the worst financial decision I've made, and it makes me angry and stressed every time I think about it. read more

We had a small leak that was causing a drywall issue in an upstairs bedroom and I contacted Jimmerson's. John called me and said he was in the area and would stop by. Ne t thing I know, he's setting up a ladder and climbs to the second story roof. He's coming down in a few minutes and gets a caulk gun out of his truck, climbs up the ladder and returns about fifteen minutes later. Problem solved! Very professional guy. read more

I have a flat roof that consists of four sections. We had a bad rain leak happening below one of them. Jimmerson evaluated the section of roof and said it needed replacing, for $3,000+. It didn't make a dent in the leak. So they returned and recommended re-roofing another, larger section of roof for another $6,000+. I decided to get a second opinion. I called a local handyman that was highly recommended, and he found the leak in under five minutes using a hose, something Jimmerson never tried. The problem? It wasn't the roof at all, but a piece of siding that had warped out from the others, capturing water in a heavy rain. I told him about all the wasted money, and he said something I'll never forget. We noticed a water spot in our ceiling right before Thanksgiving. Not an ideal time to replace your roof but John and the Jimmerson team were amazing! Came out quickly to give us an estimate and were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. I recently found out I was moving out of state and have to cell my house. To be able to do that I HAD to get a new roof put in the garage. I called Jimmerson Roofing and Matt came out within about and hour to give me an estimate!! The price was right so I booked my appt with them. I let them know I was in a time crunch to get it done so i didn't have to deal with selling a house out of state. Since it was a smaller job, they were able to fit me in very quickly!! They sent a crew out and it was literally done in less than a day!! I'm so happy with the results, my once HIDEOUS roof is perfect now and it's ready for the new owner!! They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Their roofing crew performed a masterful job of removing my old roof and installing a new top quality roof.
