My…read moregrandpa had awnings in the back of his house that were covered with years and years of moldy, yucky stuff (he's 96 and can't see if they are dirty or not). Anyway, we had a couple other window washers come out and give us quotes, and one of them attempted to clean our awnings, but after a bit over an hour gave up (but didn't charge us, which was nice). Jim Kinder came out, gave us a good quote, and worked his tail off cleaning these awnings. These awnings were much more difficult to clean than anyone had expected (including other cleaners who tried and failed), so it took him a little longer than he originally quoted... But he stuck to the originally quoted price. (my grandpa decided to pay him more anyway, since they did such a good job. Kinder was so set on sticking to his original quote that it almost seemed like he tried to talk us down from the amount we thought was fair!). All that, and they cleaned our windows too, which now that they are clean it is so much nicer to look out the back windows at the deer and other wildlife.
