He had my mother go 2 hours away to Crouse to have her in and out procedure done with his new fangled robotics and ended up perforating her bladder, a hospital stay, and she never walked again without use of a walker. Discharged her 14 days later and called it a successful surgery. He then removed her stent without camera aide for 45 minutes in a dirty office and left her dignity there with the stent he held over his head saying "I got it! I got it!" Like he was playing a video game. He never saw my mother after the day of her surgery other than to remove the stent and had nothing to say other than it was not his fault she couldn't walk. Wasn't concerned nor did he offer to help us look for an answer. I have also read other people's stories of him butchering them and patients questioning if his "overlooking" of a cancer diagnosis was to see if his own treatments were going to work. He should be stripped of his license and any guidance he has written be withdrawn from ghe medical field. He is a pompous quack with a huge ego. read more

Waited an hour in the waiting room only for him to usher me in his office, NOT examine me, and quickly question me for about 3 minutes, then send me on my way. The fast food of Doctors. Felt rushed. All about the money it seems. It felt like to me his goal was to sqeeze as many people as he can in the day. It was all about quantity, and not qaulity. Given that he is a urologist, I couldn't find a tactful way to demand he feel around down there. I'll find another doctor who can give me quality time. I won't be going back. read more
