Absolutely horrible experience the first time and the last time how is it that I'm referred from another urologist for a scope you tell me it looks good but I'm still dying in pains, don't give me a referral for pain management or somone that can deal with pelvic floor because is what I've been told I have in the past and then when I ask for a referral you tell me to get it from my spine doctor ? Is this clinic a joke ? I'd love to sue if I knew laws correctly I would because how can I just try to move closer to home to a urology department that is capable of the same things the one I traveled to see and be denied even a referral for pain management read more

I was told by the nurse that I had to wait in the waiting room, even though I am my father's medical proxy and he is recovering from a stroke. He was made to practice a procedure on himself ONE time before being sent on his way with no info on how often this needed to be done or any written direction on how to do it. He now isn't sure he remembers how to do it (memory issues from the stroke) and I have zero clue since I was not allowed in the room to advocate for him. I put TWO calls into the nurse line stressing that it is importance that I speak with someone today to get guidance and was reassured that I would get a call back. I did not. This lack of care and communication is unacceptable. Now I have to take my father to the hospital so I can get the guidance and direction that should have been given by the doctor/nurse in the first place. I will never bring my father back to this place. read more

There is no way you can call them and talk to a person. I was on a hold from 3 phones and none of them got answered. They kept me on hold until 5pm and then they closed. I am not sure what this people are doing during work hours, but they are definitely not working . read more

This is my second go-round with care through AMP. I have always been treated well and the staff is very nice. I'm satisfied with the care. However, the efficiency and competence of the office is sorely lacking. I was recently scheduled for a CT scan there. After arriving for the test, a sign on the door instructed me to call and let them know I was there. When I did so, the receptionist said "oh, is that still there? we don't do that any longer, we'll take it down". Ok. I checked in. Forty-five minutes later I went to the window to check the timing of the scan. I found that although *I* was scheduled, my appointment had never been put on the daily schedule due to a "clerical error". I was annoyed because of the long wait (how long would I have been sitting there had I not checked?) and because I was fasting as instructed. I was rescheduled and the next appointment went smoothly except the sign asking one to call on arrival was still on the door. Today I was scheduled for a video follow up for results and plan. A nurse called me pre-video to review my record. She asked the same questions two or three time, with a focus on my "urinary stream" or "dribbling" (as a nurse myself, I know that these questions are aimed a males with prostate issues, not women. I think the nurse was just reading from a list and checking boxes without really hearing me). The provider for the video call was 45 minutes late. She did not know how to use the video portion of the technology nor how to upload the results of my tests to the patient portal. Additionally, I could tell she was eating during the call. The video ended without warning "terminated by provider x" and she called me soon after, asking if I wanted to resume the (non) video call or talk on the phone. Since I could not see her anyway, we completed the visit on the phone. So, a 10 minute partial video visit/phone call took one hour and 15 minutes of my day AND will be charged to my insurance along with a copay. My "face" time with the provider was about 8 minutes. A total waste of my time today for something that could have been accomplished with a phone call or an email. I hope the test results get to my PCP but I'm not holding my breath. I don't expect concierge level service from AMP but competence would be great. Although I like my doctor there (I did not know the provider I was scheduled with today), I won't recommend this practice nor return due to the lack of competence by the staff. read more

I've been coming to the practice for almost 5 years. They are always professional and respectful of the patient's time. After checking in and being directed to the B waiting room, I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes to be brought back to a room. The nurses do a great job of getting the intake process taken care of so that a few minutes later a doctor can come in to work with the patient. They have ultrasound and cat scan capabilities on site which makes taking care of imaging a snap too. read more
