The rolls were homemade and without a doubt the best bread we have had while in Italy. The red house wine from a local vineyard was excellent and inexpensive. The restaurant has a beautiful ceramic tile floor and ceramic pieces throughout. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I spoke with the chef/owner, Mirko. The piadina itself was light, slightly toasty, with a nice hint of olive oil but the main attraction was the pig. Delicious, sumptuous, well seasoned porchetta made this dish a massive hit for me.
