We reached out to Dave and booked a time to meet up. He wrote up a quote and he started our projects a few weeks later. Projects included: Removing door and jam and drywalling over the entrance, he also did several other drywall patching. He installed our hood fan, hung several hooks, added shelving to our closets and laundry room. He also added moldings along our baseboards and refaced our dated 1990's fireplace with fluted wood paneling. Dave, was true to his name, very dependable! He was…read moreVERY thorough, professional and answered any and all questions we had (at one point he explained an issue and I still didn't fully understand so he explained it in another way to make sure I fully understood everything!) His report was very clear and to the point. There were basic pictures with arrows pointing directly to any problem areas as well as infrared pictures (to show any moisture/ heat issues) and then detailed written notes and recommendations as well as ratings. The line of communication was very open, I was able to call, text and email before the inspection when I had any questions or concerns and at one point I even had to change the appointment (we had offered on a different property but ended up having to back out because of condo document stuff, they remained very professional throughout the whole thing and didn't make us feel bad about cancelling that inspection). I am very glad I researched different inspection companies before and that I chose to go with this company. I will definitely recommend them to others!

Be Very careful of this home inspector, especially if he is a friend of the client! He will make…read morefraudulent claims and draw attention to minor details of the home that have more to do with his aesthetic preference than actual defects of the home! Because of his false claims, we lost thousands of dollars from the sale of our home, just so he could help out his friend!!! As a seller I would be highly cautious of his "reports" and would have a second home inspector come in to dispute his false claims!!!
