His report was very clear and to the point. There were basic pictures with arrows pointing directly to any problem areas as well as infrared pictures (to show any moisture/ heat issues) and then detailed written notes and recommendations as well as ratings. The line of communication was very open, I was able to call, text and email before the inspection when I had any questions or concerns and at one point I even had to change the appointment (we had offered on a different property but ended up having to back out because of condo document stuff, they remained very professional throughout the whole thing and didn't make us feel bad about cancelling that inspection).
