LUCKY for us, the customers we have are loyal to us, and have ALWAYS BEEN TREATED RIGHT..... The customer informed us immediately of what the towing company was doing.... and I am sending the warning out to all other shops around... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE. The monday before the 4th of July my ac compressor went down and called dons was told they couldnt…read moredo it same day but would get to it thursday towed the car there, Thursday came and went no word called them monday told me it should be done that week, that week came and went , called back they told me they were backed up two weeks and that it would monday or tuesday the next week .. called on wednesday and they lied to me telling me they couldnt find the part locally... confirmed with orielly's could have had the part within a day from the springfield store, they ordered from amazon and ordered the wrong one. was told it would be another week ... then all of a sudden they stopped answering calls .... after contacting lebanon pd trying to figure out what was going on .. turns out they were not in the shop cause they were sitting in jail on drug charges.. now they have had my car for over a month for a two hour job and its still not done and im having to tow it somewhere else 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMEND working with this drug addled old man.

It was late at night and all repair shops had already closed. I had to call a tow truck and the driver recommended I have him take my car to Don's so that is what I did. I thought I may be stranded there for a day or two while getting the problem sorted out but thanks to Don, I was wrong. I called Don first thing next morning and told him I really needed to be back on the road as soon as possible so he got right on it. He called around to find the alternator, then gave me a ring back to give me the price quote. It was much lower than I expected and he said he could have it finished in a couple hours. Sure enough, less than 2 hours later he gives me a call to let me know it is finished and that he will come pick me up at the motel so we can get back to his shop and settle up. When we got back to the shop I mentioned to him that the brake light on my dash had been on for a few days as well so he popped the hood, added some brake fluid and voila! The light went away. To keep a long story (fairly) short, Don's Valley Repair is top notch! If I lived in that area, I would not hesitate to take my vehicles there for any service I needed. Don himself is a class act and I wish him well there in Lebanon. Save yourself the headache and TAKE YOUR CAR TO DON!!!

He advertised himself as a man of God so I gave him the benifit of the doubt and figured it was just needed. so I gave him my 4 runner. He quoted me 1 price and charged me $600e than quoted and on top of that kept the hmvehicle for a week. I once again checked it up to just needed it I really wanted to trust him. So I took him my f350. He quoted me $1750 . Then changed it to $3950. This time I said no. I asked him to detail the inside as we discussed and I would to a wrap on the outside of it. Because I declined his extra services he refused to do anything on the truck and then told me to come get it. I then asked him about the 1 time free wash on the 2 vehicles he did. He wanted to go back any forth with me and become rude so I said nevermind. I asked if he didn't do my first wash if it boided the 3 years warrant of the ceramic coating. He said that he only warranties it if he washes it once a month. He never 1 time said that. It's not disclosed on paper, was never verbally said, as a matter of fact I have in writing from him that he would teach me to wash it myself so I didn't have to use his services and still never disclosed it. Now not only is he refusing to warranty the product because I will not pay him to wash my cars monthly but he has ghosted me all together. Guess it's time to sue. Stay away he got $4300 from me and tried for $8000. You've been warned.
