After hours of driving whilst moving across the country, our car's transmission went out. When we…read morewere finally able to pull our vehicles into their massive parking lot to switch cars, the owner came out to yell at us. Told us we could have done so on the side of the highway, asking us why we had to do it right in front of his business (We were not blocking anything, as the empty lot was indeed, empty) and not to leave any trash. Understanding "Business is Business" aside, wouldn't helping people who are in the middle of an emergency situation benefit said business with more positive engagement? Instead, I have to leave this one star review, as my true feelings on this matter require a zero. Perhaps a better approach in humanity is needed, but is lost here. Based on the number of negative Reviews, I would go to Springfield when shopping for an RV/camper.

Pat is a great communicator. He was responsive to my concerns, and had an easy to use registry…read moresystem. He is extremely professional, and trust worthy. I have used him to repair my awning, adjust my 40 year old slide out, and debug my 120 and 12v electrical system. I have had problems with my large single slide out, and my seal coming off. He was able to come out quickly troubleshoot the problem and send pictures as proof he was done. This job was critical for me to get done before we got a foot of snow in the days after his visit. He comes prepared with tools, and leave the job site spotless. I have used many RV technician services, and he is on the top of my list. His pricing is more than fair and his invoices are electronic and itemized. I would recommend his service, and I will be calling him again.
