Told us we could have done so on the side of the highway, asking us why we had to do it right in front of his business (We were not blocking anything, as the empty lot was indeed, empty) and not to leave any trash. Understanding "Business is Business" aside, wouldn't helping people who are in the middle of an emergency situation benefit said business with more positive engagement? Instead, I have to leave this one star review, as my true feelings on this matter require a zero. Perhaps a better approach in humanity is needed, but is lost here. Based on the number of negative Reviews, I would go to Springfield when shopping for an RV/camper.

Pat is a great communicator. He was responsive to my concerns, and had an easy to use registry…read moresystem. He is extremely professional, and trust worthy. I have used him to repair my awning, adjust my 40 year old slide out, and debug my 120 and 12v electrical system. I have had problems with my large single slide out, and my seal coming off. He was able to come out quickly troubleshoot the problem and send pictures as proof he was done. This job was critical for me to get done before we got a foot of snow in the days after his visit. He comes prepared with tools, and leave the job site spotless. I have used many RV technician services, and he is on the top of my list. His pricing is more than fair and his invoices are electronic and itemized. I would recommend his service, and I will be calling him again.

Caliber collision did a great job on our pickup truck and car took them in for hail damage…read moreeverything was done can't tell anything happened to our vehicles, picked up the truck yesterday June 30, 2025, just a couple things I had to do when I got home, the first is they had the sun visors on the wrong side passengers on driver's side and driver's side on passengers side, and the other thing was the light on my camper shell wasn't plugged back in for the break light to work (no biggie) but had great communication with both vehicles giving me updates through out the process. Really nice people. The first body shop i went to i had an appointment and when I showed the guy said the appointment should have never been made , stupid idiot he made the appointment time, he said his person will call me to set up another appointment, of course I was hot and went to caliber collision and they were glad to do the work, first time I ever had to make a claim through my insurance

Let me preface…read morethis by saying that renting a U-Haul is by no means complicated and this definitely wasn't my first rental (more like my tenth), but the personal service Claude added made it worth not only actually writing a review, but also recommending him to any of my friends within 30 miles of his location. He is well worth going the extra few miles for. Let's start with the pre-pick up stuff. Claude called me a few (probably more like 5) days before my scheduled pick up to ensure he had my order correct and to schedule pick-up time. He also told me that if I could pick it up the day before, he'd give me an extra day. Sadly, it didn't work with my schedule, but I appreciated the gesture. Fast forward to pick-up day. A storm knocked out his phone line so my attempts to contact him and let him know we were running a half hour behind failed. He called me and ensured we were still coming and made sure we knew his location. My past experiences with U-Haul contracted personnel has left much to be desired. But Claude went above and beyond and worked with me on all aspects (even throwing in a few "extras" without the charge). THIS is the place to get your truck from.
