This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.

We have used CVS in Bedford and Walgreens in Colleyville, and Walgreens is definitely the lesser of the two evils (shout out to my man, Alex.... We will miss you!!). We changed insurance policies in 2024, and were panicked to see that Walgreens was no longer in network for prescription meds. When I went online to see who was in network, I was nervous and skeptical to see deliverit on the list. It is a literal one minute drive from my house, And I am more than delighted to say that our experience with them has been nothing short of delightful. Does it feel wrong to say that going to the pharmacy is a delightful experience? Yeah, it really does. But deliverit really delivers.You can text the pharmacy staff through an app, the pharmacist literally has a mug that says "like a boss" and he was so nice! The pharmacy techs are also extremely kind and helpful individuals! If you threaten to report them or call the store manager they become suddenly halfway helpful. Pharmacy can't separate discount cards, insurance or communicate/rectify their internal failures with both. Your insurance, prescriber or discount card will always be the reason why your prescription isn't filled when it should be. If you manage to get through to someone with actual skill, they still cannot fill your medication because CVS doesn't allow them to keep the supply on hand (due to the cost of one single dose) and you'll have to wait several days for it to arrive. Don't depend on this chain for lifesaving or life-altering medication. They'll treat you like a number, not a person.

The pharmacy is closed at lunch hour, when everyone has time to go to the pharmacy, so you'll wait in line for half an hour when they finally reopen. They won't call you to tell you why a prescription isn't being filled, but they'll blame it on your physician who doesn't say "pretty please with a cherry on top" in the notes when a refill is authorized. They'll try to run your insurance without asking and treat you like a second class citizen if you attempt to use a discount card. Good luck staying alive while you wait for medication. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being instead of like cattle or livestock.

Most of the time, the products are a couple bucks and not worth the hassle, but it has being getting out of hand and is getting more and more expensive. It's not a huge super Walmart but has all the food essentials and you won't have to wait long to checkout and most of the time no wait. This store gets some higher end organic and gluten free foods which I enjoy. The pharmacy usually can fill a prescription very fast and the pharmacists and pharmacy techs are super nice and knowledgeable. This is a great grocery store with inexpensive prices and excellent service.
