I went back to check if these pills were correct, they said they switched brands but prescription is same, didn't even look at the pills. Three days after taking the new brand my heartbeat was racing and would not settle back down. Went back to the pharmacy and explained what was happening, the woman at the counter said in no uncertain terms that is what we have and we don't take pills back. No offer whatsoever to try to help the customer with any options.

She has the phone by saying yeah she didn't say Smith is welcome to Smith or anything just yeah, then she check me out. They handed me my bags and I walked out and went home and then noticed I didn't get one in my bags so we called them. They said the bag was there but didn't say sorry or anything when we went back to get it. My wife does not like shopping at Smiths but I do but with jerks like they had yesterday will definitely make me change my mind, by the way this is the Smiths in Rock Springs, Wyoming don't want to criticize any of the other Smith

Walmart is going way down hill here in Rock Springs, Wyoming and I'm guessing all Walmart's we…read morealway get anywhere from $400 plus grocery's on pickup orders well now starting here in 4/1/2026 they if you order it on line they take the money out which is fine and the way it should be but now they started charging you the money again when you pick it up then hold it again for a week before putting it back in your account many people can't afford to have that money held for a week before getting it back, plus Walmart keeps the interest for that money which is a lot of Money if you think of all the people that order from them on pickup orders, So now Walmart should be the next Company that's screws over there customers in my opinion, well they lost most of my business and all of my pickup orders Albertsons and Smith's both have pick up options and and put the money right back in your account

Sales person went on a whole rant about how I would have to pickup to get the price. Spoke to a manager who didn't care about corporate policy and was rude. Well it was next day on Amazon and 10% cheaper then Walmart.com so I'll use Amazon from now on as save the hassle of driving and all the rudeness.
