Within 3 days I had a check in the mail. The fact that Dr. Genetti personally contacted me and took care of my problem shows she cares about her patients. But I checked with the insurance on what kind of…read morecoverage I would have for a comprehensive evaluation and if they used code D9310 for billing my insurance would cover 80% of the $250 charge. I called 2 times and informed billing about the code and when I went to my appointment I made it clear I didn't want to have the evaluation if they used another code. I was told on the phone and at the appointment they would use that specific code. When I want to pay the bill at checkout they told me total bill is $445. I had to pay out of pocket and they would send to my insurance company. The other charge was for Radiographic imaging. I thought everything was part of the evaluation but I paid it thinking the insurance company would pay 80%. They did not use the code number I gave them for billing and out of $445 charge the insurance company only paid $66. When I called billing about this matter they said they don't use that billing code I questioned why 3 times they told me they do and gave them the code each time. This was a problem for me due to being out of work from surgery and didn't have a lot of money to spend for a consultation. I feel I was lied to and not properly informed about the additional charges for the Radiographic. Needless to say I will not go back for the second consultation to discuss what dental procedures they recommend.

I had called when scheduling my appointment that I needed to be done by 4:10 PM, to make it for an appointment after. After being taken back 15 minutes late then my appointment time, that I arrived 10 minutes early to I finally finished at 4:50 PM. My barber appointment was scheduled for 4:30 pm, so I missed that. Sauve does good dental work, but is way too overbooked. He is constantly switches to different patients which leaves many patients waiting. Ontop of this, I had a 125$ bill, in which I tried to use my health savings card on, but the front desk lady insisted that that would not work . I did not go, thankfully, but went to another dentist who popped the tooth out in a matter of seconds. It was not necessary to spend a lot of money for the job, and particularly to someone that another dentist referred me to. Secondly, I had to have a denture done and during the process he told me my teeth looked like crap, and when the new denture was completed it was horrible. The dentist said he really couldn't do anything about it, except maybe have it realigned - once - with no fittings or anything. This prosthetic has caused me nothing but trouble, plus it looks really bad. It has thrown my whole appearance off and I can hardly talk with it. Horrible! Then I went for my free teeth cleaning and he didn't want to accept what the insurance paid for it and he sent me a bill for the rest. Three good reasons to NEVER go back there!

After treatment, I was given a bonded lingual retainer behind my two front teeth. Over time, I noticed my teeth beginning to shift again. I returned to the office to discuss my options and was provided with a single Essix retainer. When that retainer eventually broke, I reached out by email hoping to obtain a replacement. I was told there wasn't much they could do to help me, which was disappointing since I wanted to maintain the results of my treatment. Unfortunately, my teeth continued to shift to the point that I ultimately had to start a completely new treatment (Invisalign) in 2024, which I completed in 2026. This meant additional time, expense, and inconvenience years after my original orthodontic treatment.
